THE NOSE LANDING GEAR ACTUATOR FITTING WAS FOUND CORRODED BEYOND REPAIR. CUT FUSELAGE STRUCTURE FOR ACCESS, REMOVED THE CORRODED FITTING AND INSTALLED NEW FITTING P/N 7411213-5 AND REPAIRED FUSELAGE STRUCTURE PER TEXTRON STANDARD REPAIR.
LEFT MLG LANDING GEAR RETRACTION: UPON DEPARTURE AND GEAR RECTRACTION, WE RECIVED THE AMBER GEAR DISAGREE L WITH THE YELLOW BLOCK AND BLACK LETTERS ON THE LEFT MAIN GEAR. SECONDARILY WE HAD AN ADC SSEC MISCOMPARE. RAN QRH X2 WHICH LED TO QRH N2 ACCOMPLISHED THAT CHECK LIST AND GEAR CAME DOWN NORMALLY WITH 3 GREEN INDICATION. AND ADC MESSAGE CLEARED. WE DID NOT BLOW THE GEAR DOWN. THERE WAS NO OVER WEIGHT LANDING. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REMOVED AND REPLACED LH LANDING GEAR DOWNLOCK SWITCH (SG001) REF. CE-680A M/M 32-30-15. PERFORMED MULTIPLE GEAR SWINGS. WITH MULE. NO DEFECTS NOTED. OLD PN: 6-0373-3 NEW PN: 6-0373-3
EMERGENCY LIGHTS AT SEAT 5 (FLOOR), SEAT 8 (FLOOR), SEAT 7 READING, AND EXTERIOR OVERWING EXIT ARE INOP. CONTACTED MX AND ADVISED TO COMPLY WITH "EMERGENCY LIGHTS FAIL PREFLIGHT TEST". WE COMPLIED WITH THE FULL TEST--(2) 30-MINUTE CHARGING CYCLES AND THE ABOVE LIGHTS REMAIN INOP. REMOVED NO. 8 SEAT TO GAIN ACCESS TO FAULTY NO. 3 BATTERY PACK. REMOVED AND REPLACED #3 EMERGENCY BATTERY PACK WITH REPAIRED UNIT. OPS CHECK GOOD AT THIS TIME. INSTALLED NO. 8 SEAT, SEAT CUSHION AND SHROUD. WORK ACCOMPLISHED IAW CESSNA CE-680A AMM CH 33-50-06, AMM CH 33-50-00 AND CESSNA CE-680A IMM CH 25-20-22. OPS CHECK GOOD AT THIS TIME.
LAV EMERG LIGHT: LAV SEAT 9 AISLE EMERGENCY LIGHT INOP. DOES WORK WITH REGULAR INTERIOR LIGHTING BUT NOT WITH EMER LIGHTS. REMOVED DEFECTIVE CONTACT PIN AND INSTALLED NEW CONTACT PIN IAW AMM 20-00-00 OPS CHECK GOOD AT THIS TIME.
LAV FLOOR PATH LIGHT INOP ON PREFLIGHT. ALL EMER LIGHTS OPERATE NORMALLY FLOOR EMERG EXIT LIGHT: LAV FLOOR PATH LIGHT INOP ON PREFLIGHT. ALL EMER LIGHTS OPERATE NORMALLY. POWERED UP EMERGENCY LIGHITING AND VERIFIED LAV FLOOR PATH EMERGENCY LIGHTING TO BE INOP. REMOVED LAV FRONT FASCIA AND FOUND WIRING BROKE AT CONNECTOR PF2010. PLACED PINS AND CONNECTOR ON ORDER WITH MCC, REMOVED AND INSTALLED A NEW MOLEX CONNECTOR AND PINS AT. PLUG PF2010. REINSTALLED LAV FRONT FASCIA, OPERATIONAL CHECKED GOOD. IAW: CE-680A WON 25-92-0.
MAIN EXIT DOOR EXIT SIGN IS ON WITH ALL POWER SHUT OFF AND MAIN BATTERIES PULLED. ENTRY LIGHT ACROSS FROM MAIN CABIN DOOR ALSO ON. ARRIVED TO AIRCRAFT WITHIN 15 MINS CONNECTED MAIN BATTERIES AND OPENED MCD VERIFIED DISCREPANCY. RESET NO 1 EMERG BATTERY G SWITCH AND PERFORMED NJA TC-FLT-33-1001 REV 2 NO FUTHER DISCREPANCY NOTED.
EMERGENCY LIGHTS BATTERY: EMERGENCY LIGHTS DO NOT ILLUMINATE IN THE ARM POSITION WITH MAIN BATTERIES OFF DURING PREFLIGHT CHECK. MAIN BATTERY VOLTAGE IS 25V ON BOTH L&R BATTERIES. CABIN EMERG LIGHT: EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHTS (3) AT MAIN CABIN DOOR AND UNDER SEAT 10 LIGHT REMAIN ON WITH ALL POWER REMOVED FROM AIRCRAFT AND EMERGENCY LIGHT SWITCH IN THE OFF POSITION. // SIGNOFF// GAINED ACCESS TO EMERGENCY LIGHTING INERTIA SWITCH ON THE AFT RH SIDE OF THE CENTER PEDESTAL. RESET THE INTERTIA SWITCH AND ALL OF THE AFFECTED EMERGENCY LIGHTS EXTINGUISHED. CLOSED THE ACCESS PANEL ON THE RH SIDE OF CENTER PEDESTAL AND RETURNED AIRCRAFT TO ITS ORIGINAL CONFIGURATION. BRAKES ARE EXTREMELY GRABBY. APPLYING STEADY PRESSURE RESULTS IN NO INITIAL PRESSURE UNTIL INDICATION READS 300 PSI, THEN BREAKS START TO GRAB.
AFT LAV SMOKE RED CAS MSG ILLUMINATED IN FLIGHT. TROUBLESHOOTING FOUND DEFECTIVE SMOKE DETECTOR. REMOVED DEFECTIVE DETECTOR. INSTALLED REPAIRED UNIT. OPS CHECKED GOOD. WORK DONE IAW CMP 261502.
LEFT MAIN FUEL PUMP FAILED IN FLIGHT. R & R LT MAIN FUEL PUMP PRESSURE SWITCH WORK ACCOMPLISHED IAW GV CMP 284305.
AFTER TAKEOFF AND RAISING GEAR HANDLE, GEAR HANDLE RED LIGHT ILLUMINATED. CYCLED GEAR DOWN WITH NORMAL INDICATIONS. ATTEMPTED TO RAISE GEAR AGAIN WITH SAME RESULTS. CYCLED GEAR DOWN WITH ALL 3 GREEN. LANDED NORMAL. MAINTENENCE REMOVED AND REPLACED LANDING GEAR DUMP VALVE P/N 1159SCH512-19 S/N EFS0147A AND R/H MAIN LANDING GEAR WEIGHT ON WHEEL SWITCH P/N 1159SCAV513-1. ALL OPERATIONAL CHECKS NORMAL.
