DURING DESCENT THE 'LO HYD LEVEL' ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED. CREW RAN CHECKLIST. GEAR AND FLAPS EXTENDED NORMALLY AND THE 'LO HYD LEVEL' ANNUNCIATOR CLEARED. EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED AND LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. CREW NOTICED HYDRAULIC FLUID ON THE GROUND UNDER THE RIGHT ENGINE DURING POST FLIGHT. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE LEAKING RIGHT ENGINE INBOARD THRUST REVERSER ACTUATOR. HYDRAULIC SYSTEM WAS SERVICED, GROUND CHECKS PERFORMED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING CLIMB OUT THE GEAR âUNLOCKâ ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED FOLLOWED BY THE âSTAB MIS COMPâ ANNUNCIATOR. FOLLOWED CHECKLIST, DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND DIVERTED TO KGSO. A NO-FLAPS LANDING WAS PERFORMED. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE STAB AIRSPEED SWITCH AND NLG UPLOCK ROLLER BRACKET. GEAR SWINGS AND OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS PERFORMED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
"ACM OHEAT" ANNUNCIATOR WITH ASSOCIATED FLASHING CAUTION LIGHT ILLUMINATED SHORTLY AFTER TAKE-OFF. CREW SMELLED FUMES IN THE COCKPIT. EMERGENCY DECLARED AND AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO DEPARTURE AIRPORT. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE ECU LOW LIMIT BYPASS VALVE DUE TO STICKING AND WATER SEPARATOR CONDENSER. PERFORMED ENGINE RUNS AND GROUND OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
IN CRUISE FLIGHT AUTOPILOT DISENGAGED. 'ATT FAIL' AND 'HDG FAIL' WARNING DISPLAYED ON PFD & MFD. FMS DISPLAYED 'AHRS-1 HEADING FAIL' AND 'AHRS-1 INPUT FAIL'. EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED AND DIVERTED TO ALTERNATE AIRPORT. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE LEFT AHRS UNIT. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING LEVEL OFF AT FL22, 'PITCH TRIM' AMBER MESSAGE ON PFD CAME ON. DISCONNECTED A/P AND TRIED TO PITCH AIRCRAFT MANUALLY. TRIM WHEEL WOULD NOT ROTATE IN ELECTRIC OR MANUAL MODE. EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED AND DIVERTED TO KSAV. ACCOMPLISHED CHECKLIST PROCEDURE AND LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE FOUND WATER IN THE TRIM TABS. TRIM TABS WERE LUBED AND A SUCCESSFUL OCF WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
NR 2 AHRS FAILED SHORTLY AFTER TAKE OFF. DIVERTED AND LANDED. NO HISTORY ON THE OCCURRENCE. SWAPPED THE NR 1 & 2 AHRS COMPUTER. SYSTEM OPS CHECKED PERFORMED AND NO DEFECTS NOTED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
NO PITCH TRIM PASSING 200 KTS, AUTO OR MANUAL. STAB MISCOMPARE ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED AND AUTOPILOT DISENGAGED. EMERGENCY DECLARED AND DIVERTED. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE TROUBLESHOT THE DISCREPANCY TO A FAULTY AIRSPEED DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE SWITCH. A SUCCESSFUL OPS CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
