CLIMBING THROUGH 9,000 FT., THE RIGHT WING OVERHEAT AMBER ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED. CREW FOLLOWED CHECKLIST. RIGHT ENGINE POWER LEVERS REDUCED TO IDLE AND RIGHT WING OVERHEAT ANNUNCIATOR EXTINGUISHED. EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED AND AIRCRAFT DIVERTED TO KMCO. WITH THE RIGHT ENGINE POWER LEVER AT IDLE, THE CREW FOLLOWED THE CHECKLIST FOR SINGLE ENGINE LANDING. LANDING INTO KSSI WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE RIGHT WING ANTI-ICE PRSOV, AND SWAPPED THE LEFT AND RIGHT WING ANTI-ICE PCB'S. GROUND CHECKS PERFORMED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING CRUISE FLIGHT RED X'S DISPLAYED ON THE PIC'S PFD AND MFD. AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED AND DIVERTED TO ABQ. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE LEFT INTEGRATED AVIONICS COMPUTER. OPERATIONAL CHECK PERFORMED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
LEFT THRUST REVERSER UNLOCK LIGHT ILLUMINATED IN FLIGHT ON DESCENT COMING THROUGH 18,300 FT. MAINTENANCE COMPLIED WITH RESISTANCE CHECK OF T/R STOW LIMIT SWITCHES. CLEANED CONNECTORS. PERFORMED SYSTEM OPERATIONAL CHECK WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
AIRCRAFT TRIM WOULD NOT MOVE AT ALTITUDE. MAINTENANCE COMPLIED WITH AILERON TRIM LUBRICATION. SYSTEM GROUND OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS GOOD. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
AFTER TAKEOFF, THE GEARS WOULD NOT RETRACT. DIVERTED, GREEN INDICATION 3 THE WHOLE TIME. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. ACFT WAS FERRIED FOR MX. REPLACED THE LG CONTROL, PERFORMED GEAR SWINGS & NO DEFECTS WERE NOTED. ACFT WAS RTS.
VIBRATION FELT IN FLOOR & YOKE STARTING AT FL180, 250 KNOTS. AT CRUISE FL 410 & 410 LESS VIBRATION. R & R RUDDER TRIM TAB ACTUATOR & NLG SPADE DOOR HARDWARE. SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED. ACFT WAS RTS.
