AFTER TAKEOFF, GEAR RETRACTION, NOSE LANDING GEAR DID NOT RETRACT. FOLLOWED CHECKLIST. EMERGENCY DECLARED AND DIVERTED TO KJAX. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE NLG ACTUATOR. GROUND OPERATIONAL CHECK PERFORMED WITH NO DEFECTS. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
AFTER TAKE-OFF WITH TRIM INDICATOR IN T.O. POSITION, THE "NO TAKEOFF" WARNING HORN SOUNDED. NOSE DOWN TRIM REQUIRED TO KEEP AIRCRAFT BALANCED. TRIM INDICATOR DID NOT AGREE WITH TRIM POSITION. MAINTENANCE ADJUSTED THE ELEVATOR TRIM INDICATOR. TRAVEL, RIGGING AND OPERATIONAL CHECKS PERFORMED. NO DEFECTS NOTED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
FLAPS DO NOT ALWAYS MOVE TO POSITION WITH FLAP HANDLE. MUST BE JIGGLED FOR THEM TO MOVE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE FLAP RETRACT SWITCH. AN OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
FLAPS FAILED TO RETRACT AFTER LANDING. ADJUSTED THE 35 DEGREE FLAP SWITCH TO SPECIFICATIONS. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED. ACFT WAS RTS.
AFTER LANDING FLAPS WOULD NOT RETRACT. REPLACED THE FLAP CONTROL VLV. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED. ACFT WAS RTS.
