NOSE WHEEL STEERING FAILED AFTER LANDING. STOPPED ON RUNWAY, NO RESPONSE FROM RUDDER OR TILLER. DIFF BRAKING GOT US ENOUGH DEFLECTION TO CLEAR THE RUNWAY. STEERING RETURNED AFTER CLEARING THE RUNWAY WITH THE BRAKE SET. TRIED MOVING AND IT FAILED AGAIN ALMOST INSTANTLY. TOWED IN. REMOVED NLG WBA-NOSE SQUAT SWITCH. INSTALLED A NEW NLG WBA-NOSE SQUAT SWITCH IAW MM 32-60-10. ALL POST MX CHECKS ARE GOOD WITH NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
CAPTAIN CONTROL YOKE: IN THE AIR WHEN THE YOKE IS CENTERED, THE AIRPLANE WILL TURN TO THE LEFT. WHEN THE AIRPLANE IS CENTERED THE YOKE IS OFF TO THE RIGHT. THERE IS A SPLIT BETWEEN THE LEFT AND RIGHT YOKE. THE LEFT YOKE IS OPERATING NORMALLY. FOUND LEFT YOKE TO HAVE A CLICKING SOUND, GAINED ACCESS TO THE SECTOR AND SECURED THE SECURING SCREWS ON THE SECTOR HUB. NO CONTROL CABLES AFFECTED CLOSED ACCESS GAINED, WORK DONE IN REF TO CE680A AMM 27-35-05. TORQUE SCREW DRIVER TL-00949 CAL DUE 30NOV2025. TORQUE WRENCH TL-103523 CAL DUE 11/2025
DURING THE INTERIOR PREFLIGHT IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE OVERHEAD EMERGENCY LIGHT OVER SEAT 3 WOULD NOT ILLUMINATE DURING THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS CHECK. WE ATTEMPTED TO SEE IF THE LIGHT WOULD ILLUMINATE WITH THE EMER LTS SWITCH IN THE ON POSITION AND IT STILL WOULD NOT ILLUMINATE. HOWEVER, THE LIGHT BULB DOES ILLUMINATE IF YOU USE THE OVERHEAD LIGHTS BUTTON AT THE SEAT. IT JUST DOES NOT TURN ON BY THE EMER LTS BUTTON IN ARM OR ON. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REPLACED EMERGENCY BATTERY IAW CE-680A AMM 33-50-06 OPS CHECK GOOD
WHILE CLOSING THE MAIN ENTRY DOOR FROM INSIDE, THE DOOR CLOSED HALFWAY UP AND STOPPED, RETURNED TO FULL OPEN. THIS HAPPENED TWO DIFFERENT TIMES WITH THE DOOR CLOSING EACH TIME AFTER THE EVENT. ARRIVED AT AIRCRAFT AND OPERATED DOOR 25 TIMES AND COULD NOT DUPLICATE FAULT CONTACTED MCC AND INFORMED THEM OF THE FINDINGS AND AGREED TO SIGN OFF OPS CHECK GOOD ALL WORK WAS DONE IN REF TO CE-680A AMM 52-10-00.
VERTICAL STABILIZER HAS AN ELONGATED FASTENER HOLE AT THE 341CL PANEL (LH SIDE). RESOUTION: ACCOMPLISHED MAJOR REPAIR IAW AQRD ERO-106773 DATED 8/17/22
MAIN DOOR: WITH THE CABIN DOOR IN THE FULLY CLOSED AND LOCKED IE SILVER HANDLE IN THE DOWN POSITION, THE MESSAGES AMBER CABIN DOOR OPEN AND AMBER CHECK DOORS IS DISPLAYED. IN ADDITION . IN ADDITION THE SILVER DOOR HANDLE CAN BE MOVED TO THE UP UNLOCKED POSITION WITHOUT PRESSING THE RED BUTTON ON THE HANDLE.///SIGN-OFF///OPS CHECK OF THE DOOR AND LOCKING FUNCTION REVEALED NO DEFECTS. COMPLETED AN ARES DOWNLOAD AND REVIEWED THE DATA. UNABLE TO FIND ANY INDICATORS TO A FAULT ON THE DOOR LOCKING OR INDICATION SYSTEM. COMPLIED WITH MORE OPS CHECKS AND STILL WORKING AS REQUIRED. IAW CE-680A M/M 52-10-04.

ON TOUCHDOWN, CREW RECEIVED NOSE WHEEL STEERING FAIL MESSAGE.
ENGINE VIBRATION ABOVE IDLE, ACRID SMELL IN CABIN. ENGINE WAS BORESCOPED WITH NO DISCREPANCY FOUND. MAINTENANCE FOUND BLEED AIR VALVE STICKING AND REPOSITIONED TWO (V) BAND CLAMPS.AIRCRAFT WAS DISPATCHED ON AN EVALUATION FLIGHT WITH NO FURTHER DISCREPANCIES.
ACRID SMELL IN COCKPIT DURING PREFLIGHT. MAINTENANCE DETERMINED ODOR WAS FAULTY AC CONTACTOR.
NOSE WHEEL STEERING FAIL CASS MESSAGE AS AIRCRAFT LINED UP FOR TAKEOFF.
AFTER TAKEOFF CREW RECEIVED STICK SHAKER FAIL AND NR 2 AOA PROBE FAIL MESSAGES.
CO PILOTS WINDSHIELD CRACKED IN FLIGHT.
LEFT WINDSHIELD SHATTERED DURING FLIGHT.
