WHILE INVESTIGATING AILERON TRIM CAS ISSUE FOUND LH WING DOWN CABLE OUTBOARD END, P/N 6760002-2 ROUTED ON WRONG SIDE OF PULLEY AND HAD SAWN INTO ADJACENT STRUCTURE.
STATEMENT OF EVENTS FROM FLIGHT CREW: "AFTER REACHING OUR PLANNED CRUISING ALTITUDE OF FL450, THE AIRCRAFT DISPLAYED A COCKPIT PAC OâTEMP EICAS MESSAGE. AFTER RUNNING THE CHECKLIST, THE PAC SUCCESSFULLY RESET. SOON AFTER HOWEVER, AN AMBER CABIN ALTITUDE EICAS WARNING DISPLAYED. WE RAN THE APPROPRIATE CHECKLIST AND ARRESTED THE CABIN ALTITUDE AT APPROXIMATELY 9000 FEET. HOWEVER, THE CABIN ALTITUDE WOULD NOT LOWER BACK TO THE USUAL 8000 FEET AND THE EICAS WARNING DID NOT GO AWAY. IN ORDER TO TROUBLESHOOT THE ISSUE, I ELECTED TO DESCEND TO FL410 TO SEE IF IT WOULD HELP THE CABIN ALTITUDE. SHORTLY AFTER BEGINNING THE DESCENT, THE CABIN ALTITUDE INCREASED AND DISPLAYED A RED CABIN ALTITUDE EICAS ALERT. WE PUT ON OUR MASKS, DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND EXECUTED AN EMERGENCY DESCENT. AFTER REACHING 10,000â MSL WE DECIDED TO DIVERT TO KCMI WHERE WE FLEW A VISUAL APPROACH AND LANDING TO RUNWAY 14L. WE TAXIED OFF THE RUNWAY TO THE FBO WHERE WE MET THE FIRE DEPARTMENT. NO ONE WAS INJURED AND ALL CREW AND PASSENGERS WERE ALL RIGHT." FLIGHT CREW CREATED THE FOLLOWING AML M220861: "CABIN ALTITUDE EICAS AMBER THEN RED WHEN PERFORMING EMERGENCY DESCENT." AIRCRAFT IS CURRENTLY IN WORK.
EXPERIENCED AN MLG INDICATION ON APPROACH & LANDING. DROPPED MLG, AND GOT 3 GREEN LIGHTS, BUT RED UNLOCK LIGHT STAYED ON. TRIED CYCLING GEAR TO TRY TO GET A GOOD INDICATION, DID NOT WORK. EXECUTED A GO AROUND & CLIMBED TO A SAFE ALTITUDE TO TROUBLESHOOT. UNABLE TO GET UNLOCK LIGHT TO EXTINGUISH. UTILIZED BLOWDOWN BOTTLE TO SEE IF THAT MIGHT GET A LOCKED INDICATION. DID NOT WORK. DECIDED TO LAND. ADVISED THE TOWER. LANDING NORMAL & WITHOUT INCIDENT. UNLOCK LIGHT STAYED ON AFTER LANDING, BUT DID GO OUT AFTER THE FLAPS WERE ALL THE WAY UP. AS CREW WALKED AWAY FROM ACFT, RT MLG COLLAPSED. EVIDENCE OF A CRACK IN THE TRAILING LINK CAUSED THE RT MLG TO COLLAPSE.
LOST DIRECTIONAL CONTROL ON LANDING AT HCR/36U JANUARY 2, 2019 FLIGHT CREW ONLY AND NO PASSENGERS. FLIGHT CREW (PIC) REPORTED THAT THE BRAKE GRABBED CAUSING A HARD RIGHT VEER AFTER LANDING ROLL, WITH A HARD LEFT CORRECTION INPUT THE AIRCRAFT EXITED THE RUNWAY. AIRCRAFT DEPARTED THE RUNWAY AT APPROXIMATELY 60 KTS AND STRUCK A TAXI SIGN WITH THE NOSE GEAR. CREW TAXIED BACK ONTO RUNWAY AND CONTINUED TO THE FBO VIA TAXIWAY. MORE INFORMATION TO BE SUBMITTED AT A LATER DATE AS TO FAULT ISOLATION/MECHANICAL OR OPERATIONAL.

TROUBLE SHOOTING ACCOMPLISHED BY TECHNICIAN DETERMINED POWER BRAKE METERING TO BE DEFECTIVE AND APPLICATION PRESSURES NUT BALANCED. REMOVED AND REPLACED FAILED POWER BRAKE METERING VALVE IAW AMM 32-42-03. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
