ON FLIGHT 3879 THE CREW REPORTED THAT DURING CRUISE AT FLIGHT LEVEL 370 THE RIGHT ENGINE N1 VIBRATION AT 2.1 -AMBER RANGE- THRUST WAS 85 PERCENT. THE CREW REDUCED THRUST TO 70 PERCENT N1 WHICH GOT N1 VIBRATION INTO GREEN RANGE AT 1.7 N1 VIBRATION. THIS WAS NOT ENOUGH THRUST TO MAINTAIN ALTITUDE. THRUST BACK UP TO 83 PERCENT N1 VIBRATIONS TO 2.4 -AMBER RANGE-. THE CAPTAIN INITIATED DESCENT AND DIVERTED. THRUST WAS NEVER BROUGHT BACK UP INTO ANYTHING HIGHER THAN 66 PERCENT. N1 STAYED OUT OF AMBER RANGE FOR REMAINDER OF FLIGHT. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. THE AIRCRAFT WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE. FLIGHT CREW PERFORMED TAKEOFF THRUST POWER RUN AND DETERMINED VIBRATIONTO BE WITHIN LIMITS. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED FAN BLADE LOOSENING BY SHAKING PROCEDURE IAW FIM TASK 72-00-10 FIGURE 109 SHEET 3. ISSUED TIME DELAYED MAINTENANCE ITEM PER TASK 72-00-21-350-802 FOR 50 FLIGHT CYCLES. TIME DELAYED MAINTENANCE ITEM NUMBER 518720449. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ON FLIGHT 2703 THE CREW REPORTED THE MAIN PASSENGER DOOR WOULD NOT OPEN FULLY. THE DOOR MOTOR JAMS HALFWAY DOWN. THE AIRCRAFT WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE PASSENGER DOOR ASSIST MOTOR IAW CRJ 700 AMM 52-11-08. THE OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING MAINTENANCE BASE INSPECTION, FOUND THE NR 3 AND NR 4 EMERGENCY POWER SUPPLIES TO BE WEAK. THE AIRCRAFT WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NR 3 AND NR 4 EMERGENCY BATTERIES AND CHARGERS IAW CRJ 700 AMM 33-51-17. THE OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS GOOD. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETUREND TO SERVICE.
DURING MAINTENANCE BASE INSPECTION, FOUND THE LEFT OVERWING EMERGENCY LIGHT BURNT OUT. THE AIRCRAFT WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE LEFT OVERWING LIGHT IAW CRJ AMM 33-51-15. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING MAINTENANCE BASE CHECK FOUND FRAME 280 FLOORBEAM CRACKED AT BUTT LINE 9 RIGHT W1 72.50. THE AIRCRAFT WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE. REPAIRED THE RIGHT FRAME 280 FLOORBEAM IAW EO CR-53MR-134RL. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ON FLIGHT 4322 CREW REPORTED ON CLIMBOUT OBSERVED LEFT ENGINE OIL PRESS WITH RED INDICATION (8L); OIL TEMP INCREASING. FOLLOWED AOM PROCEDURE AND CONTINUED WITH ENGINE SHUTDOWN ON LEFT ENGINE. RETURNED TO CMH AND DECLARED AN EMERGENCY. LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE. REMOVED AND REPLACED NUMBER ONE ENGINE. A SEPARATION OF THE STAGE 6 HPC BLEED HORN DUCT WAS CONFIRMED. THE HPC UPPER AND LOWER CASES WERE REMOVED AND DISASSEMBLED FOR EMBODIMENT OF SB 72-0220 INCORPORATING A BLEED HORN WITH IMPROVED MATERIAL AND REDUCED STRESSES IN THE REGION. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ON FLIGHT 3663, CREW REPORTED SMOKE IN THE CABIN, PASSENGERS CONFIRMED VISIBLE SMOKE. AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE. GROUND RAN AIRCRAFT IN VARIOUS POWER CONFIGURATIONS USING BOTH ENGINE AND APU BLEEDS TO SUPPLY PACKS. INSPECTED ACM AREA. POSITIONED AIRCRAFT IN DIFFERENT HEADINGS WITH RESPECT TO WIND. COULD NOT DUPLICATE, SMOKE IN CABIN. AIRCRAFT RETURN TO SERVICE.
ON FLIGHT 3756 CREW REPORTED AOA VANE FAILED, AFTER TAKEOFF THE STICK PUSHER AND SHAKER CAME ON IN FLIGHT. CREW ELECTED TO RETURN TO THE GATE, DECLARED EMERGENCY AND LANDED WITH NO FURTHER PROBLEMS. AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE. REMOVED AND REPLACED LEFT AND RIGHT AOA TRANSDUCERS IAW AMM 27-35-05. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD OF AOA VANES IAW 27-35-05. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
CREW HAD SEVERAL E1 COMPRESSOR STALLS IMMEDIATELY AFTER TAKEOFF, FLEX THRUST WAS USED FOR TAKEOFF. SHUT DOWN LEFT ENGINE IN FLT PER CHECKLIST. REMOVED AND REPLACED LT ENGINE ASSEMBLY IAW EC 71-002. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
FOUND WEB AT STATION 280 RIGHT SIDE CORRODED AT FLOORBEAM MATING AREA. SPLICED IN NEW WEB AT STATION 280 IAE AMERICAN EAGLE ENGINEERING ORDER CR-53MR-109. RETURNED AIRCRAFT TO SERVICE.
FOUND STATION 280 FLOORBEAM CORRODED ALONG TOP FLANGE. SPLICED IN FRAME 280 AND EXTENSION MOUNTS IAW AMERICAN EAGLE ENGINEERING ORDER CR-53MR-108. RETURNED AIRCRAFT TO SERVICE.
