RIGHT ELEVATOR HINGE BROKE CAUSING THE ELEVATOR TO SEPARATE FROM THE AIRCRAFT. REPLACED ELEVATOR ASSY. OPS CHECK GOOD. IAW AMM 55-20-05
CABIN DOOR OPEN CAS MESSAGE DISPLAYED AFTER SHUTTING MAIN CABIN DOOR. WHILE ON THE PHONE WITH MAINTENANCE, WE WENT THROUGH THEIR PROCEDURE AND OUR PROCEDURE WITH NO SUCCESS. WE THEN SHUT EVERYTHING DOWN PULLED THE BATTERIES WAITED 30 SECONDS TURNED EVERYTHING BACK ON, MESSAGE REMAINED. CHECK DOORS MESSAGE ALSO DISPLAYED. CORRECTIVE ACTION: RESET CABIN DOOR SYSTEM REF. PILOT CHECKLIST 3-510-28. OPERATED DOOR SEVERAL TIMES IN REF. TO CE680A M/M. 52-10-00 NO DEFECTS NOTED.
SECOND FLIGHT OF THE DAY. RIGHT ENGINE STARTED NORMALLY. LEFT ENGINE AT GROUND IDLE HAD A NOTICABLE HARMONIC HUM / VIBRATION (SIMILAR TO A RUMBLE STRIP ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD AT SLOW SPPED). VIBRATION DID CHANGE WITH CHANGE IN RPM. NO ABNORMAL INDICATIONS NOTED. NO VISIBLE DISCRPANCIES NOTED. VIBRATION APPEARED TO GET WORSE WHEN STARTING APU FOR ENGINE SHUTDOWN. COMPLIED WITH MULTIPLE ENGINE & APU STARTS IN DIFFERENT SEQUENCES . NO ABNORMAL VIBRATIONS NOTICED. REVIEWED CAS HISTORY AND NO VIB CAS MESSAGES NOTICED. C/W VISUAL CHECKS NO FAULTS NOTICED. WE LOOKED INTO THE 90 DAY HISTORY AND DID NOT SEE ANY PREVIOUS REPORTS OF VIBRATION CUSTOMER REQUESTED TO SWAP ENGINE STARTER GENERATORS. REMOVED AND SWAPPED #1 ENG STARTER GENERATOR P/N 9914685-1 S/N P3899 WITH #2 ENG STARTER GENERATOR P/N 9914685-1 S/N P2213. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL TEST. NO FAULTS NOTED. IAW CE-680A AMM 80-10-20.
THE EMER LIGHTS DO NOT ILLUMINATE WHEN PLACED IN THE ON POSITION. WE RAN THE QRH AND WE STILL DO NOT HAVE EMER LIGHTS WHEN PLACED IN ON POSITION. WHEN IN ARM, ALL LIGHTS ILLUMINATE EXCEPT THE OVERHEAD LIGHT IN LAV, THE FLOOR LIGHT IN LAV AND THE EXIT LIGHT ON BULKHEAD OUTSIDE LAV. CORRECTIVE ACTION: TROUBLESHOT AND FOUND #1, #2, #3 & #4 EMERGENCY BATTERIES WILL NOT HOLD A CHARGE. REPLACED ALL 4 BATTERIES IAW CE680A AMM 33-50-06. OPS CHECK GOOD.

CORRECTIVE ACTION REMOVED RH FUEL MOTIVE CHECK VALVE PN 9914716-1 SN N/A AND REPLACED WITH NEW FUEL MOTIVE CHECK VALVE PN 9914716-1 S/N AS PER CESSNA MODEL 680A AMM 28-10-35 LEAK CHECK IS GOOD.

AFTER TAKE OFF AND UPON GEAR RETRACTION, THREE UP INDICATIONS REMAINED WHITE. THEN CYCLED TO AMBER WITH THE ASSOCIATED GEAR DISAGREEMENT MESSAGE (LEFT AND RIGHT AND NOSE) AND MASTER CAUTION. THE INDICATION CONTINUED TO CYCLE FROM WHITE TO AMBER (3UP) AND FROM A SINGLE UP TO THREE UP. REMOVED FAULTY LANDING GEAR MODULE P/N: 9912750-2 - S/N: Y2020 & REPLACED WITH NEW IAW AMM 32-30-30. OPS CHECK GOOD.
DURING GEAR RETRACTION, RECEIVED A GEAR DISAGREE NLG CAS MESSAGE AND DETECTED AN ABNORMAL AIR SLIPSTREAM NOISE LEVEL. CONDUCTED QRH ABNORMAL PROCEDURES AND EXTENDED THE GEAR. NORMAL THREE GREEN EXTENSION. RETURNED TO DEPARTURE AIRPORT AND LANDED. REMOVED AND REPLACED UPLOCK SWITCH IAW 680A MM CH 32-32-00. ALSO REMOVED AND REPLACED RT NLG DOOR UPLOCK ROLLER AND LOWER BRACKET AND HARDWARE.
