MAIN DOOR WILL NOT OPEN ON GROUND FROM THE INSIDE. DOOR WILL OPEN FROM THE OUTSIDE ONLY. OPS CHEKCED THE DOOR AND VERIFIED THE RED BUTTON ON INSIDE DOOR HANDLE WILL NOT UNLOCK. INSPECTED WIRING AND AND HARNESS UNDER FOLDING STEP. FOUND HARNESS BACKSHELL CRACKED BUT NOT CAUSING ISSUE. FOUND WHEN MOVING WIRING AT DME SPLICES DOOR HANDLE WILL UNLOCK. FOUND ONE DME WIRES NOT ENGAGED IN THE LOCKED POSMON. LOCKED THE WIRE IN THE DME CONNECTOR. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE HARNESS. OPS CHECK THE MED LOCK FROM INSIDE THE AIRPLANE. MED INSIDE LCOKING LEVER OPS CHECKS GOOD WHEN THE RED BUTTON IS PUSHED DOOR LEVER UNLOCKS. VERIFIED NO MAIN ENTRY DOOR MESSAGES DISPLACED WHEN MED IS CLOSED AND LOCKED. WDM 52-10-01.

UPON PLACING THE AIRCRAFT IN THE HANGAR NOTED HYDRAULIC FLUID DRIPPING FROM THE EMERGENCY GEAR BLOW DOWN DISCHARGE LINE ON RH NOSE AND PUDDLE FORMING ON THE GROUND. REMOVED AND COMPARED RT DOWNLOCK SWITCH (PG012 AND SG002), THE DIFFERENCE WAS NOTICEABLE. CLEANED CONNECTOR AND SWITCH, THEN REINSTALLED THE CONNECTOR. TURNED POWER ON AND THE FAULT WAS GONE, HAVE 3 GREEN INDICATIONS. PERFORMED WALK AROUND INSPECTION AND TAXIED AIRCRAFT. NO FAULTS WHILE TAXING AIRCRAFT. JACKED AND PERFORMED A SYSTEM BLEEDING DUE TO THE USE OF THE EMERGENCY BOTTLE IN FLIGHT. CYCLED THE GEAR MORE THAN 15 TIMES, OPS CHECKED GOOD. NO DELAY ON THE INDICATION, RECEIVED THE 3 GREENS EVERY TIME.
DURING TAXI OUT FOR A REPOSITION FLIGHT, THE AUX AND PAC WARNING LIGHT CAME ON, FOLLOWED BY THE REAR BAGGAGE SMOKE WARNING LIGHT. SMOKE BEGAN TO FILL THE CABIN AREA, PERFORMED EMERGENCY EVACUATION FOR FLIGHT CREW. ITEM IS UNDER INVESTIGATION.
AUX VALVE WILL NOT STAY OPEN. FOUND MALFUNCTIONING AUX VALVE.
FOUND DURING PRE-FLIGHT. APU FUEL FEED HOSE WAS BURNED THROUGH THE PLASTIC SHIELD AND INTO THE HOSE INSULATION. BLEEDAIR FROM LEFT MIXER VALVE IS BURNING THE APU FUEL FEED LINE. NEED LINE ROUTED AWAY FROM BLEED AIR.
