PERFORMED DECONTAMINATION OF ECS ON APU 2 ENGINES IAW AMM 21-00-00-615-004A AND AMM 21-00-00-615-002. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
DURING RON CHECK OF FLIGHT DECK IT WAS FOUND THAT CAPTAIN'S HANDHELD FLASHLIGHT BATTERIES ARE INOPERATIVE. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE FLASHLIGHT BATTERIES IAW AMM 25-65-52, OPS CHECKED GOOD.

FUEL SPILLAGE FROM RT WING NACA VENT DURING RE-FUELING RELATED TO INCOMING FUEL PRESSURE GREATER THAN 55 PSI CAUSING REFUELING VALVE TO REMAIN PARTIALLY OPEN. PERFORMED TROUBLESHOOTING AND BITE TEST OF THE FLSS IAW TROUBLESHOOTING MANUAL AND MM AND NO FAULTS WERE NOTED. NO PREVIOUS LEG FAULTS WERE NOTED EITHER. FIRE TRUCKS IN ATTENDANCE. ALL PAX WERE DE-PLANED SAFELY.
