POWERED ON AIRCRAFT VERIFIED EMERGENCY LIGHT OPERATION WORKS CORRECTLY. PERFORMED NJA TASK CARD TC-FLT-33-1001 PER MCC REQUEST REFER WO25443 ITEM 2.8. EMERGENCY LIGHT OPS CHECK GOOD AT THIS TIME. NO FURTHER MX REQUIRED. ALL WORK PERFORMED IN REF WITH AMM 33-50-00 & NJA TASK CARD TC-FLT-33-1001 REV 2 DATED 20OCT2022.

REPAIRED CONNECTOR WITH NJA SUPPLIED NEW MOLEX CONNECTOR P/N: 43020-0401, AND NEW PIN P/N: 43031-0009. OPS CHECKED GOOD. NO FURTHER DISCREPANCIES NOTED. REF: CE-680A SPM 20-30-00.

RIGHT THRUST REVERSER WOULD NOT INITIALLY DEPLOY DESPITE SEVERAL ATTEMTPS. LEVER SEEMED JAMMED. MADE NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS WHERE IT WOULD DEPLOY AND THEN NOT DEPLOY. INITIALLY RECEIVED R-L ENGINE CONTROL FAULT CAS MESSAGE.LEFT ENGINE CONTROL FAULT CLEARED. IT LOOKS THE CREW MAY HAVE ADVANCED THE THROTTLES BEFORE THE THRUST REVERSERS WERE FULLY STOWED. THIS WILL CAUSE THE ENGINE CONTROL FAULT. REFER TO THE SNIP BELOW. PERFORMED SEVERAL OPERATIONAL CHECKS OF THE LEFT AND RIGHT THRUST REVERSER IAW AFM AND MM 78-30-00. VERIFIED NO THRUST REVERSER OR ENGINE CONTROL FAULTS OBSERVED.

LEFT HAND TAXI LIGHT INOPERATIVE.FOUND NLG WIRE HARNESS HAS OPEN IN WIRE. REMOVED AND REPLACED WIRE HARNESS PN - 8469800-1. DURING REPPLACEMENT TECHS DISCOVERED THAT MATING JACK IS NOT PROPERLY CLOCKED TO AIRFRAME. CONSULTED OEM AND CONFIRMATION WAS OBTAINED THAT DURING THE MANUFACTURE PROCESS,THE JG028 WAS INCORRECTLY CLOCKED (90-DEGREE)TO THE ON THE AIRFRAME SIDE. THEREFORE, THERE WAS A MISMATCH OF THE NEW MATING PLUG PG028. RECEIVED INSTRUCTIONS TO RE-CLOCK THE BACK-SHELL OF THE JACK (J028) SO THAT THE KEYWAY IS POINTING UPWARD (12 0'CLOCK POSITION)WHICH IN TURN WILL PERMIT THE NEW WIRE HARNESS TO PROPERLY FIT.
