MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AIRCRAFT AND DETERMINED THAT RUDDER BAR LOWER KICK PANEL PN: GA8-252025-021 WAS BINDING THE RUDDER/STEERING CONTROL. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE DEFECTIVE COVER. NO ADDITIONAL DEFECTS NOTED.
