DURING ROUTINE INSPECTIONS IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE NR 1 ENG INLET HAD TWO MISSING RIVETS & A CRACK IN THE INLET SKIN. R & R THE LT ENG INLET SKIN & LOWER OUTER DUCT IAW THE 525 SRM CHAPTER 51-40-06.

THE CREW REPORTED THAT WHEN THE MAIN SHIP BATTERY WAS PLUGGED IN THE EMER BUS POWERS UP UNCOMMANDED. TROUBLESHOOTING FOUND THE EMER POWER RELAY TO BE DEFECTIVE PN M6106 19-012. THE DEFECTIVE RELAY WAS REMOVED & A NEW UNIT WAS INSTALLED. OPERATIONS CHECKED OK.
