WHEN THE DOOR IS OPENING THERE ARE MULTIPLE POPPING SOUNDS AND THE DOOR WILL NOT FULLY OPEN UNTIL WEIGHT IS APPLIED TO IT. THE SIDE TELESCOPING PISTON IS BENDING SLIGHTLY AND STRAITENS OUT ONCE THE DOOR IS FULLY OPEN. REPLACED MAIN CABIN DOOR STRUT. OPS CHECK GOOD. IAW AMM 52-10-40

CORRECTIVE ACTION: REMOVED DAMAGED MAIN ENTRANCE DOOR WIRE BUNDLE, PN 8469153-1, AND REPLACED WITH NEW PN 8469153-1. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED IN REFERENCE TO CESSNA 680A AMM 52-10-00. REMOVED MALFUNCTIONING CED MONITOR PCB ASSY (POSITION NC105), PN 7468101-20 SN 34389381-2, AND REPLACED WITH NEW CED MONITOR PCB, PN 7468101-20 SN 34389379-2. MAINTENANCE PERFORM1ID IN REFERENCE TO CESSNA 680A AMM 24-60-40. OPS CHECK GOOD AT THIS TIME.

NO LARGE AMOUNTS OF TRAPPED WATER FOUND, ONLY TRACE CONTAMINANTS, APPROX. 1 TABLESPOON OF WATER TAKEN FROM AIRP!.ANE. IAW AMM 28-00·10. MANUFACTURER STATED WAS NORMAL CONSIDERING AMOUNT OF PITCH, ROLL THAT THE ACFT WAS DOING. CONSULTED W/MCC, MCC ELECTS TO CLEAR & SIGN OFF.

CONTACTED MCC AND WAS REQUESTED TO REPLACE SUSPECT FAULTY TR ARM PRESSURE SWITCH AND LEAKING TR LOW PRESSURE SWITCH PT085. REMOVED SUSPECT FAULTY LH TR ARM PRESSURE SWITCH AND INSTALLED NEW LH TR ARM PRESSURE SWITCH USING NEW PACKING IAW MM 29-10-17. REMOVED LEAKING LH TR LOW PRESSURE SWITCH AND INSTALLED NEW LH TR LOW PRESSURE SWITCH USING NEW PACKING IAW MM 29-10-17. HOOKED UP HYDRAULIC MULE, POWERED AIRCRAFT AND PERFORMED UNLOADING, RELIEF AND THRUST REVERSER CONTROL FILTER MANIFOLD SWITCH POST-MAINTENANCE CHECKS IAW MM 29-10-17 WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. REMOVED HYDRAULIC MULE, SERVICED HYDRAULIC SYSTEM IAW MM 12-10-30. POWERED DOWN AIRCRAFT AS REQUIRED. APU AND APU STARTER GENERATOR STARTED AND OPERATED NORMAL. UPON STARTING FIRST (L/H) ENGINE, NOTICED APU GENERATOR ICON ON ELECTRICAL PAGE SHOWED A GREEN ICON AND 28 VOLTS AND 375 AMPS. APPROXIMATELY 15-30 SECONDS INTO ENGINE START, APU GENERATOR ICON TURNED WHITE AND SHOWED 1 VOLT AND 0 AMPS. APU GENERATOR WOULD NOT RESET OR SUPPORT ELECTRICAL LOAD. APU STARTER GENERATOR OPERATED NORMAL UNTIL ENGINE START. DURING TROUBLESHOOTING, FOUND PCB NZ204 (APU CONTROL) TO BE DAMAGED. REMOVED AND REPLACED APU CONTROL PCB (NZ204) P/N: 6968012-13 IAW CE680A M/M 24-60-35. REMOVED AND REPLACED APU STARTER GENERATOR IAW CE-680A AMM OPS CHECKS GOOD.
