PILOT REPORTED PRESSURIZATION PROBLEMS CABIN ALTITUDE INCREASING WITH ALTITUDE, RETURN TO DEPARTURE AIRPORT. WILL UPDATE REPORT AFTER MAINTENANCE. REMOVED AND REPLACED CABIN ALT CONTROLLER. AIRCRAFT RETURN TO SERVICE.

PILOT INSPECTED ENGINE FOR FOD DAMAGE AT DESTINATION, NO DAMAGE FOUND. AIRCRAFT MOVED TO MAINTENANCE BASE AT YIP. FLAME-OUT INSPECTIONS COMPLETED PER THE GE M/M, NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ACFT ROUTE FROM FNT TO ADS CLIMBING THROUGH FL398 FOR FL430 RT ENGINE FLAME-OUT, REQUEST LOWER ALT FL260. ENGINE RESTARTED AND CLIMB BACK TO FL390 PROCEEDED TO ADS. MAINTENANCE AT ADS PERFORMED FLAME-OUT INSPECTION PER THE GE M/M AND PERFORMED ENGINES RUNS, NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME.
AIRCRAFT DEPARTED YIP, SELECTED GEAR UP, MAIN GEAR DOOR RED LIGHTS STAYED ON. RETURNED TO DEPARTURE AIRPORT. MAINTENANCE FOUND RT SQUAT SWITCH OUT OF ADJUSTMENT, ADJUSTED SWITCH AND PERFORMED GEAR SWINGS, AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
