DURING APPROACH TO KSBA PILOT REPORTED GEAR WOULD NOT EXTEND. PILOT PERFORMED MANUAL GEAR EXTENSION. TOWER CONFIRMED GEAR WAS DOWN AND PILOT AND THREE GREEN. PILOT DECLARED AN EMERGENCY BUT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE FOUND THE LEFT GEAR DOWN ACTUATOR OUT OF RIG, ACCOMPLISHED REQUIRED RIG AND OPS CHECKS. THE FUNCTIONAL TEST CHECKED GOOD. NO PARTS WERE CHANGED AT THIS TIME AND AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.

THE PILOT REPORTED ON APPROACH, WITH THE LANDING GEAR SELECTED DOWN. THE RIGHT MAIN (GREEN) GEAR DOWN INDICATOR LIGHT DID NOT ILLUMINATE. THE PILOT ACTUATED THE PUSH TO TEST CIRCUIT AND NOTED THAT THE RIGHT GEAR INDICATOR LIGHTS WERE NOT ILLUMINATING. THE PILOT THEN REQUESTED A GO-AROUND TO TROUBLESHOOT THE ISSUE. THE PILOT PERFORMED TWO MORE GEAR RETRACTIONS AND EXTENSIONS. NO RIGHT GEAR DOWN AND LOCKED INDICATION OCCURRED. FOLLOWED THE QUICK REFERENCE HAND BOOK PROCEDURES, AND PERFORMED A PRECAUTIONARY MANUAL GEAR EXTENSION TO VERIFY THE RIGHT GEAR WAS DOWN AND LOCKED. LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR DOWN AND LOCKED INDICATOR LAMPS WITH NEW. PERFORMED EXTENSION AND RETRACTION OF LANDING GEAR AND OPERATION WAS NORMAL, ALL INDICATIONS INDICATING AND NO SUBSEQUENT DEFECTS HAVE BEEN REPORTED.

AFTER TAKEOFF, PILOT NOTICED BOTH LT & RT HYD FAIL ANNUNCIATORS ILLUMINATED, VERIFIED FAILURE HYD PRESS INDICATOR WAS READING ZERO PRESSURE. PILOT INFORMED ATC OF THE SITUATION & PERFORMED A MANUAL EXTENSION OF THE LG. PILOT RECEIVED THREE GREEN DOWN & LOCK INDICATION LIGHTS. PERFORMED A ZERO DEGREES FLAP LANDING WITHOUT INCIDENT. TROUBLESHOOTING REVEALED A CRACKED END CAP ON THE HYD ACCUMULATOR. REPLACED ACCUMULATOR WITH OVERHAULED UNIT. REPLACED BOTH ENG DRIVEN HYD PUMPS. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECKS OF HYD SYS. ALL CHECKS WERE NORMAL.
