PILOT REPORTED SPARKS COMING FROM LEFT LANDING LIGHT SWITCH WHEN TURNED ON. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND FOUND LEFT LANDING LIGHT SWITCH TO BE DEFECTIVE. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE SWITCH WITH NO FURTHER DEFECTS.
DURING INSPECTION OF RIGHT ENGINE AFTER FAILED ENGINE CHANGE FUNCTIONAL CHECK FLIGHT; MAINTENANCE NOTED LARGE AMOUNTS OF METAL IN OIL SAMPLES. FURTHER INVESTIGATION REVEALED DAMAGED SPARK PLUGS, PISTON, AND CYLINDER WALL AT THE NR 2 CYLINDER. DURING REMOVAL OF CYLINDER AT INSTRUCTION OF LYCOMING, UNIDENTIFIABLE OBJECT WAS FOUND IN SECTION OF INTAKE TUBE. NR 2 CYLINDER ASSEMBLY, INCLUDING PISTON, AND THE OIL SUMP WERE REPLACED WITH SERVICEABLE PARTS.
PILOT REPORTED NO PRESS LT BRAKE. PERFORMED DETAILED INSPECTION ON LT BRAKE SYS & FOUND BOTH BRAKE CALIPERS MAKING A SQUEAKING SOUND & VERY SPONGY. R & R BOTH LT BRAKE CALIPERS & BLED SYS IAW MM SEC 2 9, OPERATIONALLY CHECKED GOOD.
PILOT REPORTED RT BRAKE FAILURE. R & R THE CALIPER & LINING ON THE RT BRAKE & SERVICED SYS. OPERATIONALLY CHECKED IT WITH NO FURTHER DEFECT NOTED.
DURING CLIMB THE PILOT REPORTED THE RT FUEL PRESS WOULD NOT REMAIN IN THE GREEN ARC. THE ENG DRIVEN FUEL PUMP WAS REPLACED & OPERATIONAL & LEAK CHECK WERE ACCOMPLISHED NO DEFECTS NOTED. THE ACFT WAS RELEASED FOR A FLIGHT CHECK & NO DISCREPANCY WAS REPORTED.
