THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THEY EXPERIENCED A CABIN OVERPRESSUREIZATION OF 9.0 PSI AT CRUISING ALTITUDE OF FL400. THEY INDICATED THEY WERE ABLE TO CONTROL AND ARREST IT WITH MANUAL PRESS - MODE. THE MAINTENANCE TEAM REMOVED AND CLEANED AND REPLACED THE THE CABIN PRESSURE CONTROLLER. OPS CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED DURING POST FLIGHT CHECKS OF A HYDRAULIC LEAK. THE MAINTENANCE VENDOR FOUND THAT THE LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR ACTUATOR WAS SEEPING FLUID. THE ACTUATOR WAS REMOVED AND REPAIRED. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD, NO LEAKS. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE
PILOT REPORTS AUX HYDRAULIC ACCUMULATOR PRESSURE SHOWS ZERO PSI ON GAUGE. UPON FURTHER INSPECTION FOUND AUX HYDRAULIC ACCUMULATOR TO BE FAILED INTERNALLY CAUSING SYSTEM PRESSURE TO BLEED THROUGH RESULTING IN ZERO PRESSURE READIN ON AUX HYDRAULIC GAUGE. COMPLIED WITH REPLACEMENT OF AUX HYDRAULIC ACCUMULATOR, PRESSURIZED SYSTEM AND FOUND GAUGE TO HOLD PRESSURE. OPERATIONS CHECKED GOOD, AIRCRAFT OK FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
PILOT REPORTS LEFT HAND WING TIP STROBE IS INOPERABLE. AFTER FURTHER INSPECTION FOUND STROBE LIGHT BULB TO BE OUT. COMPLIED WITH REPLACEMENT OF LEFT HAND WING TIP STROBE BULB. OPERATIONS CHECKED BULB AND STROBE OPERATED PROPERLY. AIRCRAFT OK FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
PILOT REPORTS AIRCRAFT FMS READING "NO DATA BASE MEMORY". AFTER FURTHER INSPECTION FOUND NR 1 FMC CARD BATTERY FAILED ON NR 1 FMC CARD. REPLACED NR 1 FMC CARD, AFTER FMC CARD REPLACEMENT NR 1 FMS OPERATIONS CHECKED GOOD. AIRCRAFT OK FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
