FLAPS FAIL AMBER CAS: DURING CRUISE CLIMB FROM FL390-FL400 AMBER FLAPS FAIL CAS MESSAGE ILLUMINATED. WHILE PERFORMING FLAP FAIL QRC MESSAGE DID NOT CLEAR AFTER PRESSING FLAP RESET BUTTON. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REMOVED RH FLAP POSITION SENSOR, PN: 9914510-4, SN: A4199 AND INSTALLED MODIAED SENSOR, PN: 9914510-5, SN: A4304 IAW CE6B0A AMM 27-50-01. OPS CHECKS GOOD.
DURING NORMAL CRUISE AT FL410 THE FLAPS FAIL CAS ILLUMINATED. WE WERE ROUGHLY 100 NM SOUTHEAST OF ATL AT THE TIME OF THE EVENT. THE FLAPS FAIL QRH WAS PERFORMED AND THE FLAP RESET BOTTOM FAILED TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. PRECAUTIONARY LANDING WAS MADE IN KBNA. CORRECTIVE ACTION; REPLACED FLAP CONTROLLER. PERFORMED MULTIPLE SATISFACTORY OPS CHECKS. WORK PERFORMED IAW CE-680A AMM 27-50-25 AND 27-50-00.
MAIN DOOR HANDLE: DOOR HANDLE WILL NOT LATCH CLOSED. UPON ARRIVING AT AIRCRAFT, DOOR OPERATED NORMALLY. REMOVED STEP COVER AND ACCESS PANEL. VISUALLY INSPECTED ALL DOOR LINKAGE, PINS AND BELLCRANKS FOR SECURITY AND OPERATION. REINSTALLED ACCESS PANEL AND ENTRY STEPS . PERFORMED DOOR OPERATIONAL CHECK IAW CE-680A M.M. 52-10-00. OPS CHECK GOOD.
MAIN DOOR VISUAL INDICATOR: OCCASIONALLY WHEN CLOSING DOOR, PINS BECOME OBSTRUCTED BY DEBRIS. GAINED ACCESS TO BOTH FWD AND AFT MAIN DOOR VISUAL INDICATORS CLEANED AND CLOSE UP ALL OPENED ACCESS. ALL WORK DONE IAW CE680A AMM 52-10-50

CABIN EMERG LIGHT: SWITCH IN ARM POSITION SEAT 3 LIGHT INOP LAV LIGHTS INOP (EXCEPT EXIT SIGN ABOVE LAV) RIGHT WING INSPECTION LIGHT INOP SWITCH IN ON POSITION - NO LIGHTS WORK. R & R NR 2 & 4 BATTERY PACKS IAW MM 33-50-06. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
WITH THE BATTERIES IN THE OFF POSITION AND TESTING THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS, WHEN SELECTED TO THE ON POSITION NO ILLUMINATION OF ANY EMERGENCY LIGHTS. WHEN SELECTED TO THE ARM POSITION, BATTERY PACK NR 4 IS INOP. COMPLIED WITH NJA TC-FLT-33-1001-JIC. EMERGENCY LIGHTING POWER SUPPLY BATTERY EXERCISE PROCEDURE, OPS CHECKED GOOD.
CABIN EMERG LIGHT: THE EMERGENCY LIGHT DO NOT TURN ON WITH THE SWITCH IN ARM WITH BATTERIES OFF THEY DO TURN ON WITH THE SWITCH TURNED TO ON. // SIGNOFF// REMOVED FA[LED #1 EMERGENCY LIGHTING BATTERY PACK (P/N: CBS28-1 S/N 2915M) AND INSTALLED CUSTOMER SUPPLIED REPAIRED EMER BATT (P/N CBS28-1 S/N 007188) AND OPS CKD NORMAL IAW CE680A MM 33-50-06.
UPON REACHING THE AIRCRAFT AND CONNECTING BATTERIES WE PLACED EMERGENCY LIGHTS INTO ARM POSITION, PER POWER ON CHECKLIST. NO EMERGENCY LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. PLACED SWITCH INTO ON POSITION, NO LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. CONNECTED BATTERIES AND PERFORMED THE EMERGENCY LIGHT OPERATONAL CHECK, ALL CHECKS GOOD. COULD NOT DUPLICATE DISCREPANCY. APPLIED APU POWER AND LET EMERGENCY BATTERIES CHARGE FOR 1.5 HOURS. OPERATION CHECKS GOOD AGAIN, NO DEFECTS NOTED, REFERENCE CE-680A AMM 33-50-00.

MAIN DOOR LOCK DID NOT LOCK/UNLOCK - MAIN CABIN DOOR WILL NOT UNLOCK FROM INSIDE OF AIRCRAFT (CORRECTIVE ACTION) GAINED ACCESS TO THE DOOR HANDLE INNER SWITCH SC009 AND FOUND WIRE 69101-M101A22 BROKEN FROM SPLICE AC015. ITEM C/W DUE TO THE PERFORMANCE OF THE SB68A-52-07. OPERATIONAL TEST SATISFACTORY IAW CE-680A AMM 52-70-00.
NLG LANDING GEAR RETRACTION DID NOT RETRACT - ON CLIMBING TO FL 430, AT FL 420 AN AMBER "GEAR DISAGREE N" EICAS MESSAGE CAME ON, AND YELLOW HASH NOSE GEAR LIGHT ILLUMINATED. IN DESCENT AT FL 230 GEAR RETRACTED AND ALL THREE WHITE UP LIGHTS CAME ON. LANDED WITH NO INCIDENT. CORRECTIVE ACTION DOWNLOADED ARES FILES FOR THE LAST 5 DAYS AND SENT TO TECH SUPPORT. RECEIVED EMAIL FROM TECH SUPPORT RECOMMENDED VERIFYING THE RIGGING OF NOSE GEAR UPLOCK SWITCH AND MANUAL GEAR RELEASE CABLE AND IF ALL IS GOOD REPLACE SWITCH. VERIFIED RIGGING OF SWITCH AND RELEASE CABLE WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED, PERFORMED A GEAR SWING WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. REMOVED AND REPLACED DEFECTIVE NOSE GEAR UPLOCK SWITCH. PERFORMED LANDING GEAR UPLOCK SYSTEM ADJUSTMENT TEST, AND LANDING GEAR OPERATIONAL CHECK WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED.
AFTER LEVELING OFF AT FL230, WHILE ACCELERATING, RECEIVED AN AMBER CARGO DOOR OPEN CAS MESSAGE. ON LANDING BACK AT DEPARTURE, FOUND THE REAR PORTION OF THE UPPER FORWARD LATCH SLIGHTLY RAISED ABOVE THE FORWARD PORTION OF THE LATCH. AFTER RELATCHING ALL THE LATCHES AND RELOCKING THE KEY LOCK, THE CAS MESSAGE EXTINGUISHED. ALL LATCHES WERE CHECKED AND APPEARED PROPERLY LATCHED DURING BOTH THE PRE-DEPARTURE WALK AROUNDS AND THERE WERE NO CAS MESSAGES UNTIL LEVELING AT FL 230. OPENED THE CARGO DOOR AND VISUALLY INSPECTED EACH LATCH OPERATION WITH NO FAULTS NOTED. REMOVED THE CARGO DOOR STAIR PANEL AND VISUALLY INSPECTED LATCH ASSEMBLIES AND PROXIMITY SWITCHES FOR CONDITION AND SECURITY. FOUND A FAIR AMOUNT OF FINE SAND ON AND IN DOOR AREA. CLEANED AREA AND PERFORMED ALL CARGO DOOR OPS CHECKS WITH NO FAULTS OCCURING. REINSTALLED THE CARGO DOOR STAIR PANEL. WORK PERFORMED IAW AMM 52-30-00, 52-30-05, AND 52-70-40.
