FOUND CABLE TERMINAL END BURNT AT REVERSE CURRENT RELAY (RCR) POST. REPLACED TERMINAL END AND RCR REPLACED WITH NEW. OPS CHECK SATISFACTORY, NO ODOR OR HEAT DETECTED.
