AMBER WOW FAIL AND CYAN PROX SYS FAULT IN FLIGHT. MX C/A: R&R PSEU, OPS CK GOOD.
WHILE ENROUTE TO DCA, FLIGHT CREW RECEIVED AN AMBER FLAPS FAIL CAS MESSAGE. AFTER CONSULTING WITH MX CONTROL, THEY ELECTED TO CONTINUE TO DCA. CREW DECLARED AN EMERGENCY WITH APPROACH, AND LANDED UNEVENTFULLY. ONCE ON THE GROUND, CREW REBOOTED THE AIRCRAFT AND FUNCTION TESTED THE FLAPS, NO FLAP FAIL MESSAGE POSTED, AN INFO ONLY WRITE UP WAS ENTERED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
INFLIGHT WHITE PRESS LIGHT AND ORANGE UP CAPTION LIGHTS CAME ON. BOTH DIGITAL GAUGES HAD ERRONEOUS DISPLAYS. PERFORMED QRH AND TALKED WITH MX AND DISPATCH RETURNED TO MSP. REPLACED CABIN PRESSURE CONTROLLER, P/N 3040A000-004, S/N ON 0012 S/N OFF 00068.
FAILED CAP CHECK. REPLACED BATTERY PACK.
RADAR TESTED FINE PRIOR TO DEPARTURE DURING FLIGHT DISPLAY FILLED WITH A CONCENTRIC CIRCLE OF LEVEL 1+2 RETURNS VERY SOLID ALONG THE 40+60+80 MILE ARCSTILT FULLY UP 15 DEGREES STILL HAD RETURN TRIED POWER CYCLE DIFFERENT MODES LOWERING GAIN WOULD CAUSE RETURN TO DIMINISH HOWEVER WITH GAIN IN HIGH OR AUTOPOSITION FULL SCREEN OF RETURNS WOULD APPEAR DURING BANK TO DTW RETURNS BECAME JUST SPECS NOT SOLID AND RADAR BEGAN TO START TO OPERATE NORMALLY. EVEN THOUGH RADAR STARTED TO WORK MORE NORMAL THESE WERE STILL SPECS OF LEVEL 1 RETURNS THROUGHOUT DISPLAY EVEN WITH TILT FULL UP DURING WORST PART OF HEAVY RETURNS UNIT WOULD NOT PAINT ANY RETURNS WITHIN ITS RANGE. TESTED WX RADAR TILT FUNCTIONS. ALL CHECKS GOOD. REM
LEFT INTRANSIT LIGHT ILLUMINATED ON DEPARTURE AND STAYED ON. CYCLED GEAR, SAME PROBLEM. THE CREW FELT THE GEAR RETRACT AND STOW. RETURNED TO MSP. ADJUSTED LEFT AFT GEAR. FIXED FAIRING AND SWUNG GEAR TIMES.
AFTER TAKEOFF OUT OF MSP AND GEAR RETRACTION, THE ANTI SKID INOP CAUTION LIGHT ILLUMINATED. CREW FOLLOWED QRH AND SWITCHED TO GREEN SYSTEM. LIGHT WENT OUT. PERFORMED TEST OF ANTI SKID CONTROL BOX AND VALVES IAW AMM. NO FAULTS NOTED. COULD NOT DUPLICATE PROBLEM.
FLIGHT DID AIR RETURN AFTER EXPERIENCING A REAR BAY HIGH TEMP IN FLIGHT. REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 2 PACK VALVE.

NR 2 ENGINE EGT GAUGE ERRATIC. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO MSP AFTER TAKEOFF DUE TO THE NR 2 ENGINE EGT FLUCTUATING -0- TO NORMAL. MAINTENANCE INSTALLED NR 2 ENGINE ECU-HMU HARNESS ASSEMBLY BY PIGGY BACKING IN SERVICEABLE HARNESS, OPS CHECKS GOOD. TEMPORARILY INSTALLED NR 2 ENGINE ECU/HMU HARNESS ASSY. PERMANENTLY INSTALL HARNESS P/N 2-303-912-02 AT NEXT MX CONVENIENCE OR NEXT NR 2 ENGINE CHANGE.
NR 2 ENGINE EGT ERRATIC FLUCUATES -50C TO 603C T/O. AIR RETURN TO DTW. MAINTENANCE REPLACED NR 2 ENGINE ECU IAW MM 77, OPS CHECK GOOD IAW MM P/N ON & OFF 2-303-493-06, S/N ON 7ALG570, S/N OFF 3AGT92 & THERMOCOUPLE HARNESS P/N ON & OFF 2-310-089-02 IAW AMM 77-00-00 PG BLOCK 501.
GREEN SYS HYD HI TEMP LIGHT ILLUMINATED ON FLIGHT PERFORMED QRH, NOTIFIED DISPATCH AND MAINTENANCE CONTROL AND RETURNED TO MSP. MAINTENANCE T/S AND SUSPECT NR 3 EDP P/N 521449, S/N OFF F9727550, S/N ON F1217006ACH, IAW AMM 29-10-17, 201 OPS AND LEAK CHECK GOOD.
BATTERY PACK WAS REMOVED FOR SCHEDULED CAPACITY CHECK. MAINTENANCE REPLACED BATTERY CELL PACK P/N 61-2274-1. UNIT PASSES CMM TESTS. A/C RETURNED TO SERVICE 9/21/04.
ON CLIMBOUT NOTICED OIL QUANTITY 0 AND OIL PRESSURE FLUCUATION ON RETURN TO MSP OIL PRESSURE DROPPED BELOW 50 PSI , ENGINE WAS SHUTDOWN AND SECURED PER QRH. MAINTENANCE FOUND NR 2 ENGINE EDP SHAFT SEAL BAD. REPLACED SEAL IAW 29-10-17 201, ALL CHECKS, OPS AND LEAK GOOD. NOTE 8.75 QTS OIL ADDED.
DURING FLIGHT 3489, GREEN SYSTEM HI TEMP LIGHT ILLUMINATED. GREEN HI TEMP CAME ON AT CRUISE PER QRH TURNED OFF THE PUMP HI TEMP LIGHT TURNED OFF AFTER 3 TO 4 MINUTES. AIR RETURN TO MSP. MAINTENANCE REMOVED & REPLACED NR 3 EDP P/N 521449, S/N OFF F9840491, S/N ON F9727550 IAW AMM 29-10-17, OPS AND LEAK CHECKS GOOD REF 409 194685 FOR DETAILS.
DURING FLIGHT 3443, YELLOW SYSTEM HI TEMP INFLIGHT. A/C DIVERTED TO DENVER. MAINTENANCE REPLACED PTU. NO OTHER INFORMATION AT THIS TIME.
INTAKE LOW PRESSURE LIGHTS ILLUMINATED ON NR 3 AND NR 4 ENGINES ON TAKEOFF OF FLIGHT 3589. ABORTED TAKEOFF. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED TROUBLESHOOTING OF NR 4 ENGINE INTAKE LOW PRESSURE LIGHT IAW MM 30 FOUND NR 4 ENGINE PRESS REF LINE CONTAMINATED. REMOVED, CLEANED AND REINSTALLED LINE IAW MM. PERFORMED OPS CHECKS IAW MM, ALL CHECKS GOOD.
DURING FLIGHT 3478, DURING CRUISE AT 29000 FT THE YELLOW HYD HIGH TEMP LIGHT ILLUMINATED. FOLLOWED THE QRH AND SOME TIME AFTER TURNED OFF THE NR 2 ENG PUMP AC PUMP, AND THE PTU, THE HIGH TEMP ANNUNCIATOR WENT OUT. AIR RETURN TO DTW. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 2 EDP IAW RJ85 MM 29-10-17. P/N ON OFF 521449, S/N ON F9717007, S/N OFF GOO1OO70. RAN SYSTEM FOR APPROX 1 HOUR, NO FAULTS NOTED. ALL CHECKS GOOD AT THIS TIME.
DURING FLIGHT 3512, GREEN HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FAILURE INDICATION. EMERGENCY DECLARED. CREW MADE AN EMERGENCY LANDING. HYDRAULIC QTY ANNUNCIATOR ON GREEN SYSTEM INDICATED 1/4, QRH PERFORMED EMERGENCY LANDING. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED O-RING, SERVICED HYDRAULICS, AND REPLACED EDP. ALL CHECKS GOOD.
EMERGENCY FLOOR TRACK LIGHTING FROM ROW 2 TO 5 OUT. MAINTENANCE REPLACED BOTTOM PACK AT FORWARD OVERHEAD IAW AVRO AMM 33-50-00. ALL CHECKS GOOD AT THIS TIME.
