FLOOR EMERG EXIT LIGHT: EVACUATION PATH LIGHTING UNDER SEAT 3 IS NOT ILLUMINATING. PERFORMED CHARGING PROCEDURE FOR 30 MINUTES PER QRH. CHARGED ADDITIONAL 30 MINUTES PER QRH. LIGHT DID NOT ILLUMINATE AFTER QRH PROCEDURE. RIGHT SIDE EXTERIOR EMERGENCY LIGHT DOES NOT ILLUMINATE EITHER. MAIN DOOR: DURING TAXI OUT FOR TAKEOFF, AMBER CABIN DOOR OPEN CAS MESSAGE APPEARED. STOPPED AIRCRAFT AND PERFORMED QRH N1 PROCEDURE, AMBER CABIN DOOR OPEN CAS MESSAGE REMAINED. REMOVED SUSPECTED DEFECTIVE INNER DOOR HANDLE PROX SWITCH & INSTALLED NEW CUSTOMER SUPPLIED PROX SWITCH IAW MM 52-70-10. REMOVED DAMAGED PROX SWITCH CORD SET, INSTALLED CUSTOMER SUPPLIED NEW PROX SWITCH CORD SET IAW MM 52-70-00.
THE LAVATORY FLOOR EMERGENCY LIGHT IS INOP. IT DOES NOT COME ON IN EITHER THE ARM (NO POWER ON AIRCRAFT) OR IN THE ON POSITION. RE SPLICED THE DIODE. OPS CHECK GOOD. IAW SPM 20-30-25.
DURING CLIMBOUT, RECEIVED A PRI STAB TRIM FAIL CAS MESSAGE. TRIM SWITCH ON PILOT'S YOKE WOULD NOT ACTUATE TRIM. AFTER APPROX 10 SECS, STAB TRIM STARTED OPERATING NORMAL, BUT WITHIN 20 SECS, KICKED OFF & AGAIN RECEIVED THE PRI STAB TRIM FAIL CAS MESSAGE. CYCLE OCCURRED 3 TIMES. RETURNED TO AIRFIELD. POWERED ACFT & PERFORMED PILOT & COPILOT DISCONNECT OPS CHECK IAW MM 22-10-50. NO DEFECTS NOTED. OHMED PILOT & COPILOT SWITCHES IAW WDM 27-00-01. NO DEFECTS NOTED. OHMED GROUND LUG TO DISCONNECT SWITCHES. INSPECTED AT CONTROL COLUMN MOUNT TO UNDER COCKPIT FLOOR & TO GROUND LUG IAW WDM 22-10-01. NO DEFECTS NOTED. PERFORMED PILOT & COPILOT DISCONNECT OPS CHECK IAW MM 22-10-50. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
AFTER LEFT AND RIGHT BATTEY SWITCHES TURNED OFF SOME OF THE OVERHEAD LIGHTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE EMERGENCY LIGHTING SYSTEM REMAIN ILLUMINATED (SEATS 3, 7, 9, AND LAV). COMPLIED WITH TC-FLT-33-1001 EMERGENCY LIGHTING POWER SUPPLY BATTERY EXERCISE PROCEDURE. EMERGENCY LIGHTING POWER SUPPLY BATTERIES CHECK WAS SATISFACTORY, BATTERIES ARE AIRWORTHY PER CMM 33-50-03. NO DISCREPANCIES NOTED.
MAIN EXIT SIGN/LIGHT: EXIT SIGN LIGHT OVER MAIN CABIN DOOR AND FLOOR LIGHT BASE OF SEAT 10 WILL NOT EXTINGUISH WITH POWER REMOVED FROM AIRCRAFT. GAINED ACCESS TO FWD #1 EMERGENCY LIGHTING INERTIA SWITCH (SC001) PERFORMED RESET AND OPERATIONAL CHECKED GOOD. BATTERY VOLTAGE CHARGED TO PROPER VOLTAGE NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME. DURING CRUISE, AT FL430 HYD VOLUME LOW AMBER CAS ILLUMINATED. HYD FLUID CAN BE SEEN DRIPPING FROM RT ENGINE DRAIN MAST. INSPECTED RT ENG HYD PUMP & FOUND FLUID FROM DRAIN MAST ON BOTH PAD DRAINS. CHECKED SYS VOLUME, FOUND 190 CI, PRESSURIZED SYS WITH AUX PUMP & RATE OF LEAK INCREASED. BOTH PYLONS HAVE HYD FLUID COMING OUT OF AFT PANELS. 3 PRESSURE SWITCHES LEAKING FROM WEEP HOLES. REMOVED & INSPECTED RT PUMP PRESS CASE FILTERS & FOUND SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF METAL. INSTALLED NEW FILTERS, R & R HYD PUMP AGB SEAL. INSPECTED FOR FLUID PAST SEAL, FOUND NONE. R & R RT HYD PUMP. COMPLIED WITH LEAK & OPS CHECK HYD PUMP & FILTER, NO FAULTS. ALL IAW AMM 29-10-05, 29-10-80, 29-10-70, MM 72-60-01, & MM 72-60-01.
5G SWITCH ACTIVATED. EXIT LIGHT OVER MAIN CABIN DOOR REMAINS ILLUMINATED ALONG WITH MAIN CABIN DOOR LOWER EXIT LIGHTS AND FLOOR LIGHT AT SEAT 10 WITH ALL POWER REMOVED FROM AIRCRAFT. WHEN WE ARRIVED AT THE AIRCRAFT THE MAIN EXIT LIGHT WOULD ILLUMINATE. G SWITCH RESET. CHARGED BATTERIES USING GPU FOR ONE HOUR AND OPS CHECKED.NO DEFECTS NOTED IAW AMM 33-50-00. PERFORMED COUNTLESS OPS CHECKS BOTH INSIDE AND OUTSIDE AIRCRAFT WITH OPS CHECKS GOOD AND NO DEFECTS NOTED. HAD OBSERVER WATCH WHEN DOOR WAS CLOSED FROM INSIDE CABIN - NO DEFECTS NOTED, INSPECTED DOOR LOCKING PINS, ENGAGEMENT WINDOW INDICATORS AND FOUND THEM TO BE WELL LUBRICATED AND OPERATING SMOOTHLY AND NORMAL.TRIED MANIPULATING LATCH BY ATTEMPTING TO CLOSE IT PREMATURELY AND IT STILL LATCHED NORMAL AND FLUSH, CAN NOT DUPLICATE DISCREPANCY AT THIS TIME, REF: CE-680A AMM 51·10-00

VERIFIED EMERGENCY LIGHTS WOULD NOT COME ON WITH BATTERY IN OFF POSITION. POWERED AIRCRAFT WITH APU. VERIFIED EMERGENCY LIGHTS TURN ON AND OFF. VERIFIED ALL EMERGENCY LIGHTING INERTIA SWITCHES NOT TRIPPED. REPOSTIONED AIRCRAFT TO HANGER. PERFORMED EMERGENCY LIGHTING OPERATIONAL CHECK. NO DEFECTS NOTED. APPLIED GROUND POWER TO AIRCRAFT AND ALLOWED TO SIT WITH POWER ON FOR 1 HOUR. PERFORMED EMERGENCY LIGHTING OPERATIONS CHECK, IAW CE680A AMM 33-50-00-05. OPERATIONS CHECK GOOD, NO DEFECTS NOTED.

COMPLIED WITH PROCEDURE AND LANDED WITH SAFE GEAR INDICATIONS AND NO FURTHER ABNORMALITIES NOTED. REMOVED RT MLG ACTUATOR AND REPLACED IAW AMM 32-30-15. PERFORMED OPS CHECKS WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED.
GEAR DISAGREE R AMBER CAS ILLUMINATED - AIRCRAFT SAT OVERNIGHT IN COLD TEMPERATURE AROUND 10 F. IN THE MORNING THE AIRCRAFT WAS COVERED WITH ICE AND FROST AND HAD TO BE DEICED. AFTER TAKEOFF FROM ASE AFTER GEAR RETRACTION WE RECEIVED THE AMBER "GEAR DISAGREE R" CAS MESSAGE. REMOVED OLD HARNESS PN6948101-3 AND REPLACED WITH NEW PN 6948101-3 IAW CE680A MM 32-32-25. PERFORMED ADJUSTMENT IAW CE680A MM 32-32-00 VERIFIED SWITCH DEPRESSION USING ORING. PERFORMED LANDING GEAR OPS TEST IAW CE680A MM 32-00-00. OPS CHECKS GOOD. STAYED BELOW 16,000 AND 200 KIAS AND COMPLETED QRH X2. X2 DIRECTED US TO TAB N2. HAD GREEN LIGHTS ON THE NG AND LMG BUT THE RMG HAD A YELLOW X. WERE ALLOWED TO ACCELERATE AND FLY AT A NORMAL CRUISE ALTITUDE. UPON ARRIVAL WE LOWERED THE GEAR NORMALLY WITH THE HANDLE AND HAD THREE GREEN LIGHTS. PER THE QRH TAB N2 WE HAD TO USE THE NITROGEN BLOWDOWN TO ENSURE THE GEAR WAS DOWN AND LOCKED. THE LANDING, TAXI IN AND SHUTDOWN WERE UNEVENTFUL.
