DURING CRUISE, CREW NOTICED HIGH ITT ON THE LT ENGINE AND THEN RECEIVED CAS WARNING OF DUCT OVERTEMP. DIVERTED AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. FOUND THE LT BLEED AIR DUCT INTERCOOLER HAD A HOLE IN IT.
