WHEN CLIMBING, WITH THE AUTOPILOT ENGAGED, BETWEEN FL210 AND FL220, THE AMBER STAB TRIM MONITOR MESSAGE POSTED. WE RAN THE QRH AND MANUALLY USED THE PRIMARY STAB TRIM FOR AIRSPEED CHANGES. FODM WAS CONTACTED AND A DIVERSION WAS INITIATED. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REPLACED HORIZONTAL STABILIZER TRIM ACTUATOR CONTROLLER DUE TO AMBER STAB TRIM MONITOR CAS MESSAGE. REPLACED WITH OVERHAULED CUSTOMER SUPPLIED CONTROLLER. OPS CHECK GOOD. NO FURTHER DEFECTS IAW AMM 27-40-20.
GEAR DISAGREE N AMBER CAS: ENROUTE FL410 LOUD BANG FOLLOWED BY GEAR DISAGREE N AND SHADED NOSEGEAR. FELT NOSEGEAR WAS PARTIALLY DOWN. AT 180KIAS AT APPROX FL300 FELT ANOTHER JOLT AND ALL INDICATIONS WERE THE NOSEGEAR RETURNED TO THE UP POSITION. RECEIVED 3 GREEN DN ON APPROACH, LANDED AND TAXIED NORMALLY. CORRECTIVE ACTION; REMOVED AND REPLACED NLG UPLOCK ACTUATOR IAW CESSNA 680A MM 32-32-15. OPS CHECKS GOOD.
CABIN DOOR CAS MESSAGE WHEN DOOR IS CLOSED BUT WONT LATCH ALL THE WAY. AIRCRAFT WAS TROUBLESHOT DOWN TO A POTENTIAL BAD SOLENOID. REMOVED AND. REPLACED CABIN DOOR .LOCK SOLENOID PER MM 52-70-15. OPS CHECKS FAILED. CONTINUED TROUBLESHOOTING BY RINGING OUT THE HARNESS, DOWNLOADED ARES DATA, AND TESTING PROXIMITY SWITCHES, DURING RING OUT JT WAS NOTICED THE HARNESS HAD HIGH RESISTANCE ON MULTIPLE PINS. ARES DATA ALSO POINTED TO A POTENTIAL BAD HARNESS. R & R WIRE HARNESS. REMOVED CONNECTOR FROM TOP OF THE STEP & FOUND HEAVY CORROSION & DIRT IN AND AROUND CONNECTOR PC048, CLEANED AIRFRAME CONNECTOR. INSTALLED NEW HARNESS & PERFORMED OPS CHECKS 10 TIMES WITH NO DEFECTS.
MAIN CABIN DOOR IS NOT CLOSING. WE NOTICED THE EXTERNAL HANDLE IS NOT CLOSING FLUSH WITH THE DOOR. BEGAN TROUBLESHOOTING. CONNECTED POWER CART AND PERFORMED OPS CHECK OF MAIN ENTRANCE DOOR MULTIPLE TIMES WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. OPENED DOOR AND PERFORMED A VISUAL INSPECTION. FOUND INTERIOR TRIM SPACER ON FWD DOOR STOP STICKING OUT AND POSSIBLY INTERFERING WITH DOOR. REMOVED INTERIOUR TRIM FROM CABIN DOOR SURROUND STRUCTURE. REPOSITION TRIM SPACER. INSTALLED TRIM. PERFORMED MED OPS CHECKS WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. OK TO RETURN TO SERVICE. WORK IAW CE-680A MM 52-10-00.
ON CLOSURE OF MAIN CABIN DOOR & VISUALLY INSPECTING THE LOCKING PINS, ONLY TWO OF SIX HASH MARKS WERE ABLE TO BE SEEN. ALSO HAD TO MANUALLY RESET THE CABIN LIFT PER QRH WHILE LOOKING AT THE DOOR. ALL SIX WERE DIRTY INHIBITING THE LOCKING INDICATOR FROM BEING SEEN. CLEANED ALL SIX MIRRORS AND LENSES. ALL SIX INDICATORS ARE NOW CLEARLY SHOWN. PERFORMED OPS CHECK IAW AMM 52-10-00, CHECKED GOOD.
EMERGENCY LIGHTS INOPERATIVE. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK OF THE EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHTS BOTH INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD. NO FURTHER DEFECTS FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME. WORK PERFORMED IN REFERENCE TO CE-680A AMM 33-50-00
CORROSION FOUND ON R/H TAIL STINGER, STARTED REMOVING CORROSION FROM THE TAILCONE STINGER RH FWD SKIN AND NOTED SEVERE LEVEL 2 CORROSION THAT EXTENDS THROUGH THE ENTIRE THICKNESS OF THE SKIN. REMOVED AND REPLACED L/H AND R/H STRINGERS IN THE TAILCONE STINGER , REMOVED AND REPLACED L/H AND R/H RUDDER FAIRING ATTACH ANGLES REMOVED AND REPLACED L/H AND R/H TAIL STINGER FWD SKINS, CESSNA 680 SRM 51-40-03, 51-40-08, 55-01-00.
WHEN APPLYING MODERATE TO HEAVY BRAKING ON LANDING, BRAKES ARE VERY LOUD AND SHUTTER, SHAKING THE WHILE PLANE. WHEN DOING RADIUS TURNS IN THE WET, THE BRAKES ARE VERY LOUD AND SHUTTER. UNDER LIGHT BRAKING LIKE WHEN COMING TO A COMPLETE STOP, THE BRAKES MAKE A LOUD NOISE AND SHUTTER. GROUND CREW NOTIFIED US THAT IT SOUNDED LIKE IT WAS COMING FROM THE BRAKES. PERFONNED A GVI ON THE LH MLG OUTBOARD AND INBOARD BRAKES/WHEEL ASSY'S, FOUND THE INBOARD TIRE FLAT SPOTTED AND DEBRI IN THE INBOARD BRAKE ASSY. CLEANED THE LH MLG INBD BRAKE ASSY AND PE1FORMED BRAKE BLEEDING PROCEEDURE IAW AMM 32-42-05 AND REMOVED AIR FROM THE SYSTEM. ALSO REMOVED AND REPLACED THE LH MLG WHEEL ASSY IAW AMM 32-40-05. OPS & LEAK CHECKS GOOD.
FLOOR EMERG EXIT LIGHT: AISLE PATH LIGHT IN LAV IS INOP. LIGHT DOES NOT WORK WITH EMER LIGHT SWITCH ON OR WITH AIRCRAFT BATTERIES ON.//CORRECTIVE ACTION// TS TO A BAD DIODE AND BROKEN WIRE AT AISLE PATH LIGHT CONNECTION IN THE LAV PF2010. CAPTAIN COCKPIT WINDOW: AT 11000 FEET HEARD LOUD CRACK FROM LEFT SIDE COCKPIT WINDOW AND NOTICED HUGE CIRCULAR CRACK. VMC CONDITIONS. NO QRH PROCEDURE. // SIGNOFF// REMOVED DAMAGED PILOT SIDE WINDOW (PN:9914809-1)(SN:16621H1658) AND INSTALLED NEW CONDITION SIDE WINDOW (PN:9914809-L)(SN:22098H1955) IAW CE-680A AMM CH 56-10-05.PERFORMED OPS AND LEAKS CHECK AND OPS CHECK GOOD NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
SEVERE TURBULENCE: SEVERE TURBULENCE ENCOUNTERED THREE SEPERATE TIMES. MOMENTARY LOSS OF ALTITUDE AND AIRSPEED CONTROL WHICH RESULTED IN AN OVERSPEED CONDITION. NOTE: DURING EACH EVEN, THE GEAR WENT INTO TRANSIT MODE AND THE GEAR OVERSPEED WARNING CAME ON. GEAR NEVER FULLY EXTENDED. SEPARATE WRITE UP UNDER 32-30. // SIGNOFF // 1. COMPLETED MODEL 680A AMM 5-50-00 SECTION 4 OVERSPEED INSPECTION AND SECTION 5 SEVERE AIR TURBULENCE OR SEVERE MANEUVERS INSPECTION, NO DEFECTS NOTED DURING INSPECTIONS. 2. COMPLETED THE MODEL 680A AMM 32-00-00 SECTION 3 LANDING GEAR OPERATIONAL CHECK. NO DEFECTS NOTED DURING OPERATIONAL CHECK OF LANDING GEAR. EMERGENCY EXIT SYSTEM T/S IAW CE-680A WDM 33-50-01 REMOVED FAILED $4 EMERGENCY BATTERY POWER SUPPLY P/N CB528-1 S/N 53997M IAW CE-680A AMM 33-50-06 OPERARIONAL CHECKS ACCOMPLISHED IAW CE-680A AMM 33-50-00 WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED.
EMERGENCY BATTERIES ARE COMPLETELY DEAD. SWITCH WAS IN OFF POSITION WHEN WE ARRIVED. POWERED UP A/C AND LET EMER BATTERIES CHARGE FOR SEVERAL HOURS. PERFORMED EMERGENCY LIGHTING OPERATIONAL CHECK, PER CE-680A AMM REF 33-50-00-5. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD. CALLED MCC OF FINDINGS. MCC ELECTED TO RELEASE THE A/C, SO IONG AS THE OPERATIONAL CHECK IS PASSING. LET BATTERIES CHARGE FOR AN ADDITIONAL HOUR, THEN PERFORMED OPERATIONS CHECK AGAIN. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD. EMERGENCY LIGHT TOGGLE SWITCH PLACED IN "OFF" POSITION. POWERED DOWN A/C, OK TO CONT.
RIGHT MLG LANDING GEAR RETRACTION DID NOT RETRACT - RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT AS INDICATED BY BOX WITH CROSS HATCH. PERFORMED QRC AND RETURNED TO AIRPORT.

DURING FLIGHT FROM TEB TO ADS DURING DESCENT FLAPS WILL NOT LOWER WHEN SELECTED TO 15, 25, OR 45 DEGREES. DIVERTED TO DFW AND LANDED SAFELY. ITEM IS UNDER INVESTIGATION.
ON TAKEOFF ROLL FLAP POSITION INDICATOR HAD ERRATIC MOVEMENT, FROM THE SET POSITION OF 15 DEGREES THEN MOVED TO 20 DEGREES THEN TO 25 DEGREES AND THEN BACK TO 15 DEGREES, FOLLOWED IMMEDIATELY BY IT MOVING BACK TO 25 DEGREES AND THEN CONTINUING DOWN TO 45 DEGREES. ABORTED AT APPROX. 100 KTS. - FOUND FLAP TRANSMITTER BAD, REMOVED AND REPLACED FLAP TRANSMITTER IAW BAE 1000 MM CHAPTER 27-50-40 OPS CHECKED GOOD.
AIRCRAFT WILL NOT PRESSURIZE IN FLIGHT. FOUND MANUAL CONTROL VALVE 'OPEN' DURING GROUND CHECK. REPOSITIONED VALVE TO 'CLOSED'. (X)
