CORRECTIVE ACTION; VISUALLY INSPECTED LEFT WING TRAILING EDGE. THE ONLY DAMAGE APPEARS TO BE A BROKEN STATIC WICK. REPLACED BROKEN STATIC WICK AND VISUALLY INSPECTED STATIC WICK BASE. NO DEFECTS NOTED. REF CE-680A M/M 23-60-05.
FOUND THE FWD EMERGENCY LIGHTS ON WITH THE SWITCH BEING IN THE "OFF" POSITION.

MAIN DOOR OPEN AMBER CAS MESSAGE DOOR OPEN. ILLUMINATED WITH DOOR CLOSED AND LOCKED. CHECKLIST FOLLOWED. MESSAGE DID NOT CLEAR AND IS CYCLING ON AND OFF. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REMOVED CABIN DOOR PROXIMITY SWITCHES PIN: S2800-1257 AND S2800-1256. REMOVED CABIN DOOR HARNESS ASSEMBLY P/N 8469153-1, SERIAL NO'S: -NSN-, DUE TO MAIN CABIN DOOR OPEN AMBER CAS MESSAGE. INSTALLED NEW PROXIMITY SWITCHES AND HARNESS ASSEMBLY, IAW THE CESSNA 680A M/M CHAPTER 52-70-10 AND 52-10-00. OPERATIONAL CHECK NORMAL.
NOSE LANDING GEAR WHEEL WELL FRAME CRACK.
FOUND DURING PRE-FLIGHT - APU HOSE (FUEL FEED) WAS BURNED THROUGH THE PLASTIC SHIELD, AND THROUGH THE RUBBER INSULATION HALF WAY. CAUSE: LEFT ENGINE BLEED AIR AT MIXER VALVE IS BURNING THROUGH THE APU FUEL FEED LINE. NEED LINE ROUTED TO A DIFFERENT PATH.
