FLAPS FAIL AMBER CAS: ON DEPARTURE DURING FLAP RETRACTION. AMBER FLAPS FAIL CAS MESSAGE ILLUMINATED, ALONG WITH THE FLAP RESET BUTTON AND AN AMBER FLAP INDICATOR. RAN QRH WITH NO CHANGE. CORRECTIVE ACTION: PREPPED ALL TOOLS, EQUIIPMENT AND MANUALS NEEDED. HEADED TO ATLANTIC RAMP AND ACCESS THE AIRCRAFT. FLAPS FAIL CAS MESSAGE IS APPEARED AS SOON AS POWERED APPLIED. OPS CHECK AND RESET SYSTEM USING AUX PUMP, OPS CHECK FAILED. DUPLICATED THE ISSUE. PERFORMED ARES DOWNLOAD AND SENT IT TO TEXTRON FOR REVIEW AND TS RECOMMENDATIONS TRIED TO PRESSURIZED HYDRAULIC USING AUX PUMP AND BLED SYSTEM TO ZERO. IN 3 CONSECUTIVE TIMES AND NOTICE IT ONLY REACHED UP TO 2600 PSI. ON THE 4TH TIME, PRESSURIZED IT AND REACHED 3000 PSI. FLAPS FAIL CAS MESSAGE DISAPPEARED. OPS CHECK AND VERIFY FLAPS FOR PROPER FUNCTION OPS CHECK GOOD. FULLY LOWERED THE FLAPS AND INSPECTED ALL CONNECTIONS, CABLES AND ALL FLAPS ACTUATOR LH AND RH WITH NO ISSUES NOTED. NO SIGNS OF LEAK ANYWHERE BOTH LH AND RH FLAPS. OPS CHECK THE FLAPS 10 TIMES WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED AND NO CAS MESSAGE APPEARED. WHILE DOING SO, MONITORED FLAPS FUNCTION ON THE MDC AND EVERYTHING WORKS AS IT SHOULD. IT TOOK A WHILE DUE TO NEEDS TO COOL DOWN AUX PUMP BEFORE ANOTHER SET OF OPS CHECK. OPS CHECK GOOD ON FLAPS AND NO CAS MESSAGE APPEARED ON MULTIPLE POWER CYCLE. NO HISTORY OR ACTIVE FAULT PRESENT. NOTIFY MCC WITH THE RESULT. MCC IS OKAY TO SIGN OFF AND RELEASED. ALL WORK DONE IRW CE-680A MM 27-50-00. NO OTHER DEFECTS NOTED

REF C680A AMM 32-40-00. NO DEFECT NOTED. PERFORMED OP CHECK BY TAXIING WITHIN THE CONFINES OF NETJETS PBI RAMP. NO BRAKE ISSUES WERE FOUND, NO CHATTERING OR GRINDING HEARD.

WHEN THE GEAR HANDLE WAS MOVED TO THE DOWN POSITION FOR LANDING THE GEAR DID NOT EXTEND. WE THEN ACCOMPLISHED THE LANDING GEAR WILL NOT EXTEND CHECKLIST WHICH LED US TO PULL THE GEAR BLOWDOWN HANDLE. LANDING GEAR DISPLAYED 3 GREEN AND NORMAL LANDING WAS ACCOMPLISHED. WOW MISCOMPARE AMBER CAS: RECEIVED MESSAGE POWERED UP AIRCRAFT. NOTED LDG GEAR CONT 1 CIRCUIT BREAK WAS POPPED/PULLED. NOTED WOW MISCOMPARE CAS PRESENT. RESET CIRCUIT BREAKER. WOW MISCOMPARE CAS WENT AWAY. CYCLED POWER. VERIFIED CIRCUIT BREAKER DID NOT POP. REVIEWED CAS HISTORY PAGES WITH NO INFORMATION PRESENT. DOWNLOADED ARES FLIGHT DATA AND SENT IN FOR REVIEW. CONTACTED TEAM 680A. REVIEWED ARES DATA WITH TECH SUPPORT. DETERMINED THAT NC106 GEAR CONTROL PCB AND CIRCUIT BREAK SHOULD BE REPLACED. PLACED PCB AND CIRCUIT BREAKER ON ORDER. RESET LANDING GEAR BLOW DOWN BOTTLE AND SHUTTLE VALVE. SERVICED BLOW DOWN BOTTLE WITH NITROGEN TO CORRECT LEVELS. PLACED AIRCRAFT ON JACKS. USED AUX HYDRAULIC PUMP TO PERFORM SEVERAL GEAR SWINGS. NO FAULTS WERE NOTED ON GEAR SWINGS. GAINED ACCESS TO NC106 PCB. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NC106 PCB. OPERATIONAL CHECKS ARE SATISFACTORY. CLOSED ACCESS. WORK PERFORMED IAW CITATION 680A MM CH. 24-60-40.REMOVED AND REPLACED THE LANDING GEAR CONTROL 1 CIRCUIT BREAKER HC057 P/N S2899L5.0. OPERATIONAL CHECKS ARE SATISFACTORY. WORK PERFORMED IAW CITATION 680A MM CH 24-60-05.
