BULKHEAD SKIN REPAIR AT F/STA 704. TO REPAIR A CORRODED SKIN SECTION ON THE REAR BULKHEAD. PERFORM BULKHEAD SKIN REPAIR PER SRM AN 01-25LA-3 TABLE 82 AND FIGURE 229 & EAC DRAWING #1930-01.
CRACKED FRAME AT F/STA 173.5 STRINGER 9R. TO REPAIR A CRACKED FUSELAGE FRAME. REMOVE AND SAVE MANUFACTURERS SPLICE BETWEEN STRINGER 11L & 12L. CUT DAMAGE FRAME ABOVE STRINGER 10L. MANUFACTURE AND INSTALL NEW FRAME SECTION PER SRM AN 01-25LA-3, FIGURE 69 & 70 AND DRAWING #1929-01 USING MS20470AD5 RIVETS. REINSTALL MANUFACTURERS SPLICE WITH SAME TYPE AND SIZE OF FASTENERS AS ORIGINAL.
LEFT WING LE REPAIR WING STATION 376 TO 412. TO REPAIR DAMAGE TO LE OF LT WING FROM WING STATION 376 TO 412. REPAIR TOP WING SKIN AFT OF LE TO STRINGER U-15. REPLACEMENT OF STRINGER U-18 & REPAIR OF WING RIB LE PORTION AT STATION 412.
DURING FLIGHT SHUTDOWN NR 1 ENGINE DUE TO OIL QUANTITY AND OIL PRESSURE FLUCTUATION.
FLIGHT CREW EXPERIENCED VOLTAGE SPIKES, TURNED OFF ALL GENERATORS, STILL HAD VOLTAGE SPIKES AND THE TURNED OFF ALL ELECTRICAL SYS.
DURING THE ACCOMPLISHMENT OF THE DETAILED VISUAL INSPECTION REQUIRED BY AD 58-17-02 PARA 2 TWO CRACKS WERE FOUND ON THE ELEVATOR HINGE WEB. BOTH CRACKS ARE ON THE LT HORIZONTAL STABILIZER ONE AT STA 87 HINGE AND ONE AT STA 127 HINGE. REPAIRED IAW EAC EO 1120 AND 8110-3 DATED 6/10/2011.
FUSELAGE SKIN FOUND DENTED FROM FUSELAGE STA 563L TO 583.5L, BETWEEN STR 31 AND 32. REPAIRED IAW EO 1111 AND 8110-3 FORM DATED 04/01/2011.
FUSELAGE FRAME 583.5 WAS FOUND BUCKLED AT STR 31 LT. REPAIRED IAW EO 1111 AND 8110-3, DATED 04-01-2011.
COMPLETE AND TOTAL LOSS OF HYDRAULIC PRESSURE AND FLUID. A/C LANDED UNEVENTFULLY REPLACED HYDRAULIC PRESSURE LINE PART NUMBER 20-575-1209 AT MAIN ACCUMULATOR DUE TO CRACK NEAR FLARED END.
ON INITIAL DESCENT LOST CONTROL OF NR 2 PROP, RPM'S ROSE TO 3100 RPM, WAS ABLE TO FEATHER. DECLARED EMERGENCY. LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT REPLACED PROP GOV WITH SERVICEABLE UNIT AND RETURNED TO SERVICE. NO FURTHER DIFFICULTIES.
LANDING GEAR LEVER STUCK IN THE NEUTRAL POSITION. LANDING GEAR EXTENDED USING EMERGENCY PROCEDURES ACFT DIVERTED FOR UNEVENTFUL LANDING.
ON TOUCHDOWN AND ROLL OUT, RT GEAR DOWNLOCK DID NOT ENGAGE AS A/C SLOWED DOWN, GEAR RETRACTED SLOWLY. NR 2 ENG AND PROP SUFFERED A PROP STRIKE AND SUDDEN STOPPAGE. RT WING TIP DRUG ON GROUND, DURING THIS, DEICE BOOT, APPROX 4 FT. OF LOWER SKIN AND THE AILERON WERE DAMAGED. AFTER INSP, REPLACEMENT OF ENG, PROP, AILERON AND WING TIP, REPAIR OF LWR WING SKIN. A/C WAS RELEASED TO SERVICE.
