AFTER ENGINE SHUTDOWN NUMBER TWO ENGINE FLARED UP OUTISDE OF PLUG, HAND HELD FIRE EXTINGUSHER WAS APPLIED TO SUPPRESS FIRE. REMOVED & REPLACED #2 ENG PER TASK CARD 710000000 W/O# 101157. LEAK AND OPS TEST GOOD. OK FOR SERVICE.
SMOKE ALARM WENT OFF WHEN WE WERE ON BASE TO FINAL LAVATORY SMOKE DETECTION SYSTEMS. REPLACED LAVATORY SMOKE DETECTOR IAW AMM 26-14-01, OPS CHECK GOOD,
DURING CLIMB OUT, OIL QUANTITY IN #2 ENGINE DECREASED TO ZERO, DID NOT MOVE FROM ZERO FOR REST OF FLIGHT, ALL OTHER INDICATIONS REMAINED NORMAL. RETORQUED ENGINE OILTANK OIL IN COUPLING NUT IAW AMM 79-11-01, PERFORMED IDLE LEAK CHECK 3A AND PART POWER LEAK CHECK 3B IAW B737 AMM 71-00-00, NO LEAKS NOTED. EMERGENCY DECLARDED. RETORQUED ENGINE OILTANK OIL IN COUPLING NUT IAW B737 AMM 79-11-01, PERFORMED IDLE LEAK CHECK 3A AND PART POWER LEAK CHECK 3B IAW B737 AMM 71-00-00, NO LEAKS NOTED.

(EMERGENCY DECLARED) - - RESOLUTION: AIRSPEED WARNING AND CONFIG PROBLEMS FOUND TO BE FROM DDG PROCEDURE NOT FOLLOWED CORRECTLY FOR MEL 27-4-7. STALL WARNING ASYMMERTY MODE C/B FOUND TO NOT BE PULLED AND COLLARED ALONG WITH LIGHT BULBS STILL INSTALLED IN THE FORWARD PANEL INDICATION LIGHTS. DDG# 27-04-02-03 NOW C/W

REMOVED AND REPLACED R/H MLG AXLE IAW AMM 32-11-45. OK FOR SERVICE. REF LOG PAGE 723662 ITEM #2 FOR RESOLUTION FOR T/R DEPLOYMENT. PERFORMED FIM 78-31 TASK 801 EAU BITE FOUND FAULT DIR CONT VALVE SENSOR ON BOTH ENGS. PERFORMED FIM 78-31 TASK 811 STOW FAULT - DIRECTIONAL CONT VALVE SENSOR. OPS CHECK GOOD CLEANED CONNECTORS, CLEARED FAULTS COULD NO DUPLICATE.

RESOLUTION: 7/09/2022 REPAIRED RH WING FWD SPAR AT REFUELING PANEL LATCH AREA IAW SCA ENG-57SCA-10983 AND ATS ENGINEERING 22-01773 REV 1R THIS IS TIME LIMITED REPAIR REPLACE REPAIR WITHIN 24 MONTHS NOT TO EXCEED 3000 CYCLES.
