SOME TIME AFTER MY RETURN THE RED BAGGAGE FIRE CAS WENT OUT AS DID THE RED BAGGAGE FIRE PUSH BUTTON. REPLACED BAGGAGE COMPARTMENT SMOKE DETECTOR IAW AMM 26-13-05. OPS CHECK GOOD.

PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK OF THE PROXIMITY SIGN AND ENTRY DOOR LIGHTS, OPS CHECK GOOD WORK PERFORMED IAW CE680A IMM 25-20-09.

WHILE EXTENDING THE SPEEDBRAKES IN FLIGHT WITH AUTOPILOT ON, WE EXPERIENCED THE LEFT WING DIP. THE AUTOPILOT MADE CORRECTIONS TO THE RIGHT WITH AILERONS. ALSO WHILE USING THE SPEEDBRAKE HANDLE, IT FELT SPONGY. IT FELT SMOOTH BUT AS IT GOT CLOSER TO THE DETENT FOR FULLY EXTENDED POSITION IT FELT LIKE IT WANT TO MOVE FORWARD TO THE STOWED POSITION. PERFORMED SPOILER POWER CONTROL UNIT PCU BUNGEE RIGGING AND FOUND THE RH #7 SPEEDBRAKE PANEL PCU BUNJEE OUT OF RIGGING.ADJUSTED THE BUNGEE ROD AS NECESSARY UNTIL RIGGING PIN WAS INSTALLED FREELY AND THE SPEEDBRAKE TRAVEL WAS WITHIN LIMITS. PERFORMED MULTIPLE SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECKS. ALL WORK PERFORMED IN REF WITH AMM 27-65-00.

PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECKS WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED IN REFERENCE TO AMM 21-30-00.

HOSE CLAMP HOLDING CUSTOM MADE AIRBOX TO PILOTS SIDE PANEL WAS POSITIONED SO THAT WORM SCREW OF CLAMP FOR SCREWDRIVER SLOT END WAS CUTTING INTO WIRES ON TERMINAL BLOCK MOUNTED BELOW BOX CAUSING FAILURE OF AUTOPILOT TRIM SYSTEM. THIS CONDITION EXISTED ON PILOTS AND COPILOTS SIDE PANELS. THE REPAIR WAS TO POSITION HOSE CLAMP WORM SCREW AT TOP OF AIRBOX AND COVERING WIRE TERMINAL BLOCK WITH PROTECTIVE TEFLON SHEET. DAMAGED WIRES REPAIRED AS REQUIRED.
