AFTER TAKEOFF AND GEAR UP SELECTED WE RECEIVED GEAR DISAGREE N CAS MSG. BASED ON NOISE LEVEL WE BELIEVE THE GEAR WAS UP. RAN CHECKLIST INCLUDING LANDING GEAR WILL NOT RETRACT WITH (BLACK AND YELLOW BOX WITH SLASHED LINES). GOT THE GEAR DOWN SUCCESSFULLY WITH 3 GREEN DISPLAYED. DIVERTED TO MX SITE AND LANDED UNEVENTFULLY. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REMOVED SUSPECTED NOSE LANDING GEAR UPLOCK SWITCH PN: S3177-1 NSN AND REPLACED WITH CUSTOMER SUPPLIED NEW SWITCH PN: S3177-1 NSN. LANDING GEAR EMERGENCY HANDLE: GIA FAIL 1 AMBER CAS MESSAGE ILLUMINATED, ASSOCIATED CHECKLIST DIRECTED THE EXTENSION OF THE GEAR BLOW DOWN HANDLE PULLED, BLOW DOWN HANDLE WAS PULLED PER CHECKLIST SERVICED GEAR BLOW DOWN BOTTLE. EMERG EXIT SIGN/LIGHT: DURING THE AIRCRAFT PREFLIGHT IT WAS OBSERVED THAT THE EMERGENCY EXIT SIGN BELOW THE LAVATORY SEAT WAS NOT WORKING. IT WAS TESTED DURING THE POWER ON CHECKLIST. ADDITIONALLY, WE TURNED ON THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS TO SEE IF IT WOULD ILLUMINATE AND IT DID NOT. CORRECTIVE ACTION; RESECURED CONNECTOR WIRE AT EXIT SIGN/LIGHT. RAN BOTH ENGINES AND APU, NO DEFECTS NOTED. INSPECTED APU PLUMBING FOR NAY EVIDENCE OF OIL, NO OIL NOTICED. WITH A BOROSCOPE INSPECTED APU INTERNAL VISUAL INSPECTION, NO DEFECTS NOTED. DOM REQUESTED ANOTHER RUN ON BOTH ENGINES AND APU. RAN BOTH ENGINES AT 80 PERCENT N2 FOR 45 MINUTES AND IDLE, NO DEFECTS NOTED. JUST WITH ENGINES RUNNER AIR GOOD. RAN APU AND CONFIRMED A BAD ODOR.
