AS INSTRUCTED BY BOMBARDIER TECH SUPPORT PERFORMED FUNCT IONAL TEST OF THE ADCS IAW TASK# 34-13-01-720-802 DATED DEC 22/ 2020. WITH NO FAULTS FOUND SWAPPED ADCS IAW TASK# 34-13-01-000-801 DATED JUN12/2018 AND TASK# 34-13-01-400-801 DATED SEP 07/2018 AND REPERFORMED FUNCTIONAL TEST OF THE ADCS IAW TASK# 34-13-01-720-802. WITH NO FAULTS FOUND BOMBARDIER HAS INSTRUCTED TO RTS THE AIRCRAFT.

DURING CRUISE, FLIGHT CREW RECEIVED A HYD TEMP HIGH AMBER CAS MESSAGE. THE TEMPERATURE CONTINUED TO CLIMB. ATC DECLARED AN EMERGENCY. AN UNEVENTFUL LANDING WAS ACCOMPLISHED. MAINTENANCE WAS UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE DISCREPANCY. AS A PRECAUTION AND BASED ON OPERATOR EXPERIENCE, BOTH THE RT HYDRAULIC RESERVOIR AND THE RT HYDRAULIC TEMP TRANSDUCER WERE REPLACED. THERE HAVE BEEN NO REPEAT ISSUES ON SUBSEQUENT FLIGHTS TO DATE.

FLIGHT CREW EXPERIENCED SMOKE IN THE CABIN/COCKPIT WHILE IN FLIGHT. CREW DONNED THEIR O2 MASKS, DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND DIVERTED TO TNCM. THE AIR SOURCE WAS SELECTED TO THE OFF POSITION, AND THE SMOKE SLOWLY DISSIPATED. AN UNEVENTFUL LANDING WAS ACCOMPLISHED AT TNCM. MAINTENANCE FOUND THE AIR CYCLE MACHINE HAD FAILED P/N: 3471A020000 S/N: 00444. ACM WAS REPLACED WITH A REPAIRED UNIT; LEAK AND OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE NORMAL. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.

WHILE IN CRUISE FLIGHT, THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THE RT HYD SOV CB POPPED MULTIPLE TIMES & WOULD NOT RESET. THE ACFT WAS DIVERTED FOR MX. THE NR 2 FIREWALL SOV ACTUATOR WAS FAULTY. AN INSPECTED ACTUATOR WAS INSTALLED, OPERATIONAL & LEAK CHECKS WERE PERFORMED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. THE ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE WITH NO FURTHER ISSUES.

CLEARED TO LAND. THE BEFORE LANDING CHECKLIST WAS COMPLETED AND BOTH PILOTS VERIFIED THAT THE LANDING GEAR WAS DOWN AND LOCKED AND THREE GREEN LIGHTS WERE ILLUMINATED. ON SHORT FINAL, AT APPROX 200 FT, BOTH PILOTS SIMULTANEOUSLY HEARD A "CLICK" AND VERY SHORTY AFTER THEY RECEIVED A "TOO LOW GEAR" MASTER WARNING FOLLOWED BY THE SOUND OF THE GEAR RETRACTING. CREW EXECUTED A MISSED APPROACH. THE LANDING GEAR SELECTOR HAD MOVED BACK TO THE UP POSITION ON ITS OWN. GEAR RETRACTION AND INDICATIONS APPEARED NORMAL. ON DOWNWIND TO LAND, THE LANDING GEAR HANDLE WAS LOWERED AND BOTH PILOTS VERIFIED GEAR WAS DOWN AND LOCKED. GEAR HANDLE WAS WIGGLED AND SHIFTED TO ENSURE IT WAS IN THE LOCKED POSITION. THE ACFT LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT.
