DURING VISUAL INSPECTION FOUND A HOLE IN THE BELLY OF THE AIRCRAFT CENTERLINE JUST FORWARD OF THE REAR CROSSTUBE AREA. HOLE IS 26MM IN DIAMETER.
Part: TRANSDUCER — FAILED (NR 2 ENGINE)
APPROXIMATELY 305 MINUTES AFTER TAKEOFF, NR 2 TORQUE INDICATOR FAILED. ALL OTHER INSTRUMENTS WERE INDICATING NORMAL. REMOVED AND REPLACED PRESSURE TRANSDUCER. OPERATION CHECKS GOOD. (M)
