AFTER CLOSING MAIN CABIN DOOR, DOOR WOULD NOT LATCH. TRIED CLOSING AGAIN WITH NO CHANGE. RAN CABIN DOOR OPEN ON GROUND QRH AND DOOR LATCHED BUT UNLATCHED IMMEDIATELY. COMPLETED A POWER CYCLE WITH NO CHANGE. DOOR WILL LATCH WHEN MOVING PUSH BUTTON SLIGHTLY TO THE SIDE AND ALSO UNLATCHES DOOR. TECHS WERE ABLE TO DUPLICATE THE DISCREPANCY. TECHS FOUND THE PUSH BUTTON SWITCH SC009 FAULTY. TECHS REMOVED AND REPLACED THE PUSH BUTTON SWITCH WITH AN OPERATOR SUPPLIED NEW UNIT PER SB680A-52-10 AND AMM 52-10-16. ALL OPS CHECKS ARE GOOD, NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED

CORROSION ON THRUST REVERSER ATTACH FLANGE. NORDAM FIELD ENGINEERING DISPOSITION LETTER DOCUMENT NUMBER NTRSD-22TP-282 DATED OCTOBER 21, 2022.THRUST REVERSER CAN RETURN TO REGULAR OPERATIONS FOR 12 MONTHS FROM DATE OF DISPOSITION. AT THAT TIME IF NOT ACCOMPLISHED SOONER THE TR MUST BE REMOVED AND THE FLANGE REPLACED PER REPAIR #5 IN THE COMPONENT MAINTENANCE MANUAL.

PERFORMED BLEEDING OF THE MLG BRAKES REF CE680A AMM 32-42-00. DID GET AIR FROM #1 AND #3 MLG BRAKE ASSEMBLIES, VERIFIED PROPER BRAKE PRESSURES VIA ONBOARD DIAGNOSTICS PAGE. NOTIFIED MCC OF FINDINGS, PER MCC, AIRCRAFT IS TO BE RETURN TO TO SERVICE
A/I STAB HOT R AMBER CAS: ABORTED TAKEOFF BELOW 80 KTS DUE TO AN AMBER A/I STAB HOT R MESSAGE. THE ANTI ICE WAS NOT SELECTED ON AT THE TIME. THE MESSAGE EXTINGUISHED AFTER SHUTDOWN.//CORRECTIVE ACTION//REMOVED AND REPLACED RH STAB ANTI ICE PRESSURE REGULATING SHUT OFF VALVE (VTOI6) JAW CE680A AMM 30-15-05. PERFORMED OPS CHECK AND LEAK CHECK, OPS CHECKS LEAK CHECKS GOOD.
BATTERY / CHARGER: BAT OTEMP R CAS MESSAGE DISPLAYED AFTER TAKEOFF. BAT TEMP FLUCTUATED FROM 52 TO 67 C. // SIGNOFF // INPSECTED RH BATTERY TEMP WIRING. NO DEFECTS NOTED. SWAPPED LH AND RH BATTERIES FOR TROUBLESHOOTING. REPOSITIONED BATTERIES BACK TO ORIGINAL LOCATION. REMOVED AND REPLACED RH BATTERY REF. CE-680 M/M 24-30-05. OPS CHECK GOOD. PERFORMED GROUND RUN. BOTH BATTERY TEMP EQUAL DURING GROUND RUNS. NO DEFECTS NOTED.
AFTER TAKEOFF RETRACTED GEAR, INDICATED UP BUT SOUNDED MORE ABRUPT AND LOUDER THAN NORMAL. INDICATIONS WERE NORMAL UNTIL PASSING THRU ABOUT 11000 FEET AND ACCELERATED THRU ABOUT 260 TO 270 KNOTS. THEN WE HEARD A SERIES OF 3 TO 5 SECONDS OF LOUD THUMPS AND BUMPS LIKE THE NOSE GEAR WAS TRYING TO RETRACT STILL INSIDE THE NOSE WHEEL COMPARTMENT. THIS HAPPENED FOR 3 TO FOUR TIMES WITHIN ABOUT TWO MINUTES. THE LAST TIME, GOT A CROSSHATCH ON NOSE GEAR AND THE OVERSPEND ON SPEED TAPE. SLOWED AIRCRAFT TO 200 KNOTS AND INDICATION REMAINED NORMAL. AFTER DESCENDING TO 8000 FEET PUT GEAR DOWN AND GOT ALL NORMAL INDICATIONS. RIGGED NOSE UPLOCK HOOK RELEASE CABLE AND PROPERLY INSTALLED CLEVIS BOLT AT THE UPLOCK HOOK. FUNCTIONAL CHECKS AND EMERGENCY EXTENSION CHECKS AND SYSTEM OPERATED NORMALLY. ALL WORK DONE IAW 680A MM 32-34-00
AFTER TAKEOFF, GEAR DISAGREE N AND YELLOW CROSS HATCH ON GEAR INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. BLOW DOWN HANDLE ALSO PULLED. REMOVED AND REPLACED UPLOCK SWITCH .
DURING A SCHEDULED INSPECTION WE FOUND THE AUTOPILOT SERVO CABLE PULLEY BRACKET CRACKED. THE CRACK WAS THROUGH ONE ATTACH RIVET & WENT TO THE END OF THE BRACKET. REPLACED BRACKET & SENT SERVICE CONDITION REPORT 745468.
A VIBRATION IN THE CONTROLS & IN THE FLOOR, NOTICEABLE IN SMOOTH AIR IN CRUISE AT FL 400. AT LOWER ALTITUDES VIBRATION GOES AWAY. FOUND ELEVATOR TRIM TABS LOOSE DUE TO WORN PUSHRODS & HARDWARE AT TRIM TAB ACTUATOR. R & R LT & RT ELEVATOR TRIM TAB INNER & OUTER PUSHRODS IAW MM 27-32-03. RIGGED LT & RT TRIM TABS. LUBRICATED LT & RT TRIM TAB ACTUATORS. TRAVEL CHECKS SATISFACTORY IAW MM 27-31-00.
FUMES IN CABIN WHEN AIRCRAFT ON THE GROUND AND APU RUNNING WITH APU AIR VALVE OPENED. RAN LT AND RT ENG, APU IAW H/S M/M 49-20 + HS1000 M/M CHAP 80-10-00. OPS CHECK GOOD. NO DEFECTS NOTED.
REMOVING HAND HELD FIRE EXTINGUISHER FROM THE COCKPIT FOR ROUTINE INSPECTION IT WAS NOTED THAT THE HANDLE DID NOT APPEAR TO BE CORRECT. FURTHER INSPECTION SHOWED THAT THERE ARE TABS ON THE LOWER HANDLE THAT WOULD HAVE PREVENTED THE EXTINGUISHER FROM DISCHARGING. NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS AT DISCHARGING FAILED. IT APPEARS THAT AN INCORRECT HEAD WAS INSTALLED. SUBJECT FIRE EXTINGUISHER WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE. (K)
DEPARTING LIT GEAR SELECTED UP L MAIN GEAR UNSAFE LIGHT ILLUMINATED. 400FT AGL SELECTED FLAPS UP AND GEAR LIGHT EXTINGUISHED. CYCLED LANDING GEAR OPS GOOD. AT 15000 MSL, L MAIN GEAR LIGHT ILLUMINATED AND WOULD NOT EXTINGUISH. ADJUSTED LT MLG DOOR UPLOCK SWITCH IAW HAWKER 100 AAM 32-60-05 OPS GOOD.
ON TAKEOFF ROLL AT APPROX 65-70 KTS FUEL/ENG LOOK UP LIGHT WITH ASSOCIATED AUX TRANSFER FAULT ILLUMINATED. ITEM IS UNDER INVESTIGATION.
LEFT ENGINE SHUTDOWN ON LANDING ROLL OUT, DURING ATTEMPTED START, ITT ROSE TO 680 DEG C, N2 APPROX 30 PERCENT, START ABORTED. TROUBLESHOT ENGINE USING PW305 MM, ATTEMPTED START FOUND ENGINE HUNG STARTED, SUMPED FUEL FOR CONTAMINATION FOUND NONE. REMOVED AND REPLACE P3 SOLENOID VALVE, RAN ENGINE, OPS CHECKED GOOD.
IN FLIGHT DENSE BLACK SMOKE CAME OUT OF THE COPILOTS AIR CONDITIONER VENT. SHORTLY AFTER THAT REAR BAGGAGE SMOKE ANNUNCIATOR ON THE MASTER WARNING PANEL ILLUMINATED.
