ACCESSED INERTIAL SWITCH IN COCKPIT CENTER PEDESTAL, PERFORMED RESET / PROCEDURE AND VERIFIED LIGHTS EXTINGUISHED, RAN APU FOR ABOUT 30 TO 45 MINUTES TO PROPERLY CHARGE LIGHTS DUE TIME PERIOD BEING ON IAW AMM 33-50-00. CHECKED GOOD. NO DEFECTS NOTED

PRIOR TO DEPARTURE ON TAXIWAY HEARD AN AUDIBLE CLICK AND ALSO A CABIN DOOR OPEN CAS. FOLLOWED QRH WITH NO SUCCESS AND THEN POWERED COMPLETELY DOWN UNPLUGGING BATTERIES ALSO WITH NO SUCCESS. CALLED MAINT, ALSO WAS UNABLE TO CORRECT.
RIGHT MLG LANDING GEAR EXTENSION: AMBER GEAR DISAGREE R ON EXTENSION INTO LAS. RAN QRH WITH NO SUCCESS. CORRECTIVE ACTION: AFTER INSPECTING RH MLG ASSY, FOUND RH MLG UPLOCK SWITCH TO BE FUALTY. REMOVED FAULTY RH MLG UPLOCK SWITCH AND INSTALLED A CUSTOMER SUPPLIED NEW MLG UPLOCK SWITCH. PERFORMED OPS CHECK. OPS CHECK ARE GOOD WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. ALL DONE IN REF TO CE-680A AMM 32-32-25. PN OFF/ON: 6948101-3, SN OFF/ON: N/A
EMERGENCY LIGHTING: WITH NO AC POWER APPLIED TO THE AIRCRAFT, WHEN EMER LIGHT SWITCH PLACED TO ARM NO EMER LIGHT COME ON. WHEN EMER LIGHT SWITCH MOVED TO ON WITH NO AC POWER APPLIED ALL EMER LIGHT WORK NORMALLY. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REPLACED BATTERY. OPS CHECK GOOD. IAW CE680A AMM 33-50-10
MAIN DOOR DOES NOT FREEFALL OPEN WITHOUT A PUSH WHEN RELEASED WITH HANDLE (INTERMITTENT). OPERATED DOOR MULTIPLE TIMES & NOTED DOOR HANG AT TOP WHEN OPENED. INSPECTED DOOR & FOUND SEAL TO BE DIRTY. CLEANED SEAL & PERFORMED OPS CHECK. NOTED DOOR TO STILL HANG AT TOP. SUSPECT DOOR TO REQUIRE MORE CLEANING. WORK DONE IAW AMM 52-10-00. INSPECTED GAS STRUTS FOR PROPER RIGGING, FOUND GOOD. ACCESSED TO LIFT MOTOR & FOUND GOOD. NOTICED TELESCOPING ROD TO CHATTER & STICK, CLEANED ROD. DOOR SUGHTLY HANGS AFTER OPENING ABOUT 5 INCHES. INSPECTED RUB BLOCKS & FOUND OUT OF LIMITS, ADJUSTED RUB BLOCKS IAW MM 52-1-45, OPS DOOR FROM INSIDE & OUT, NO DEFECTS. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
MAIN DOOR: MAIN CABIN DOOR IS BINDING IN CLOSED POSITION. HAVE TO HANG ON DOOR TO OPEN FROM OUTSIDE OR USE FEET TO PUSH DOOR OPEN FROM INSIDE. CONFIRMED DOOR IS HARD TO OPEN. FOUND FWD SIDE OF DOOR DRAGGING HEAVILY ON THE RUB BLOCK. MEASURED THE GAP AROUND THE CABIN DOOR IN CLOSED POSITION AND FOUND IT TO BE OUT OF RIG. AFT GAP IS TWICE WIDTH AS FWD GAP.. ADJUSTED HINGE AS REQUIRED TO BRING DOOR WITHIN LIMITS PER THE MAINTENACE MANUAL DOOR HAS AN EVEN GAP FRONT AND BACK. DOOR OPENS AND CLOSES EASILY AT THIS TIME. CLOSED UP ALL ACCESS . STEP LIGHTS OPS CHECK GOOD.JAW CE680A MM 52-10-00.
MAIN DOOR HANDLE: UNABLE TO LATCH MAIN CABIN DOOR CLOSED FROM EITHER INSIDE THE AIRCRAFT OF FROM THE OUTSIDE. //SIGNOFF// FOUND 2ND FROM UPPER AFT DOOR PIN OUT OF SEQUENCE. GAINED ACCESS TO PINS, RESET PIN & CLOSED ALL ACCESS IAW CE-680A MM 52-10-50 OPS CHECKS GOOD IAW CE-680A MM 52-10-00
EVACUATION PATH LIGHT AT SEAT 5 INOP, OVERHEAD EVACUATION LIGHT AT SEAT 7 INOP AND OVERWING EVACUATION LIGHT INOP. ALL THESE INOP WHEN TESTING SYSTEM.
MAINTENANCE REPORTS THAT THE MAIN CABIN DOOR HANDLE IS STUCK IN THE OPEN POSITION. // SIGNOFF// ATTEMTED TO CLOSE MED DOOR DUPLICATED FAULT FOUND THAT THE MIDDLE AFT LOCK PIN WAS PUSHED IN. GAINED ACCESS BY REMOVING MED STEP AND INSPECTED LOCK PIN ASSEMBELY AND LINKCAGES WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED RE ADJUSTED LOCK PIN AND RESECCURED ACCESS GAINED PERFORMED MULTIPLE OPS CHECKS WITH NO FAULTS. OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD REF CE-680A AMM 52-10-07 AND CE-680A AMM 52-10-00.
1) MAIN DOOR: MAIN CABIN DOOR WILL CLOSE EXTERNALLY, USING ELECTRIC MOTOR. IT GOES ABOUT HALF WAY UP, STOPS AND FALLS DOWN. - T2PL6D009DDCJ 2) MAIN DOOR HANDLE: WHEN INTERNALLY CLOSING MAIN CABIN DOOR AND PULLING HANDLE DOWN , HANDLE IS VERY DIFFICULT TO PULL DOWN. //CORRECTIVE ACTION// TECHS GAINED ACCESS TO THE CABIN DOOR LIFT MOTOR AND PERFORMED A GVI OF THE LIFT MOTOR. TECHS OPS CHECKED THE DOOR OPENING AND CLOSING APPROX 12 CYCLES WITH NO DISCREPANCIES. TECHS GOT INTO THE CDMS AND CHECKED THE OPERATION OF THE PCBS WITH NO DISCREPANCIES. NO DEFECTS AT THIS TIME.
MAIN DOOR HANDLE: WHEN CLOSING DOOR. MAIN HANDLE IS JAMMED AND WILL NOT LOWER. // SIGNOFF// PERFORMED GENERAL GVI OF THE MED AND FOUND NO DEFECTS. PERFORMED MED RESET PROCEDURE AS PER OPERATING PROCEDURES AFM68AFM 02. MED RESET PERFORMED. MED OPERATION IS NORMAL ALL INDICATIONS ARE NOW OK
CABIN DOOR OPEN AMBER CAS: CABIN DOOR OPEN CAS MESSAGE WILL NOT EXTINGUISH WHEN CLOSING MED., DOOR OPEN LIGHT IN DOOR STAYS ILLUMINATED. TRIED RESET PROCEDURE AND POWERED DOWN A/C, BOTH UNSUCCESSFUL. //SIGNOFF// PERFORMED DOOR RESET, RESET FAILED INTERREGATED CMC AND FOUND SECURRING PAWL DOOR SWITCH READING HANDLE SECURED WHEN HANDLE WAS OPEN. GAINED ACCESS TO THE S6 SENSOR BY REMOVING THE MED DOOR STEPS AND FOUND CONNECTOR PC058 LOOSE RESECURED CONNECTOR AND PERFORMED RESET OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD RESECURED ACCESS GAINED NO DEFECTS NOTED REF CE-680A AMM 52-10-50 AND CE-680A AMM 45-40-00.
MAIN DOOR: MAIN CABIN DOOR INSIDE LOCKING HANDLE IS DIFFICULT TO PUSH DOWN IN THREE SPOTS TO SECURE/LOCK DOOR WITH DOOR UP AND CLOSED. OUTSIDE RELEASE OR UNLOCK DOOR HANDLE IS DIFFICULT TO PULL DOWN AND OPEN/RELEASE DOOR TO FREEFALL OPEN. // SIGNOFF// VERIFIED DOOR OPERATION OPENING AND CLOSING DOOR 3 TIMES. OPS CHECKS WERE GOOD. CHECKED LUBE ON VISIBLE PART OF PINS, FOUND TO BE A BIT DRY. OPENED UP CABIN DOOR FOR ACCESS TO DOOR MECHANISM AND PINS TO INSPECT AND CHECK FOR LUBE AND PROPER OPERATION. LUBED DOOR PINS AS NEEDED. VERIFIED ALL BELLCRANKS, HARDWARE, SAFTIES FOR CONDITION AND PROPER OPERATION. ALL WAS SATISFACTORY. REINSTALLED DOOR STEPS. C/W 7 MORE DOOR OPENING AND CLOSING OPERATIONS FROM INSIDE CABIN AND OUTSIDE. MAIN CABIN DOOR OPERATIONAL CHECKS SATISFACTORY. ALL MAINTENACE PER CE680A AMM 12-20-40 AND 52-10-00.
MAIN DOOR HARDWARE: THE MAIN CABIN DOOR WILL CLOSE ELECTRICALLY BUT WILL NOT LOCK. INSPECTION OF THE DOOR REVEALS THAT THE MIDDLE LOCKING PIN ON THE AFT SIDE OF THE DOOR HAS WITHDRAWN OUT OF ITS BUSHING AND INTO THE DOOR INTERIOR. ACTUATING THE LOCKING HANDLE CAUSES IT TO MOVE FURTHER INWARD AND LATERALLY AWAY FROM ITS HOLE. // SIGNOFF// FOUND PIN PUSHED BACK AND OUT OF ALIGNMENT, RE-ALIGNED PIN AND ADJUSTED PUSH ROD TO TAKE UP THE SLACK AND PREVENT THE PIN FROM PUSHING BACK OUT, OPS CHECKS GOOD, ALL WORK DONE I.A.W. CE-680A AMM CH 52-10-00
MAIN DOOR HANDLE: MAIN ENTRY DOOR HANDLE REQUIRES LARGE AMOUNT PRESSURE TO PUSH HANDLE DOWN CLOSE POSITION AND ALSO TO OPEN FROM INSIDE, ALSO NOTE FROM OUTSIDE HANDLE TOO. (SEE VIDEO). REPEAT RIGHT UP "CORRECTIVE ACTION" PERFORMED SERVICING OF THE MED LOCKING PIN LUBRICATION IAW CE680A AMM 12-20-40, OPS CHECKS GOOD.
MAIN DOOR HANDLE: MAIN ENTRY DOOR WILL NOT ENGAGE DOOR PINS WITHOUT USING A LARGE AMOUNT OF PRESSURE TO PUSH THE LEVER DOWN FROM BOTH INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE AIRCRAFT. (CORRECTIVE ACTION) WHILE INSPECTING FOUND 3 PUSHRODS OUT OF ADJUSTMENT WHICH CAUSED BINDING. ADJUSTED PUSHRODS AS REQUIRED. OPS CHECK USING INNER AND OUTER LATCH HANDLES ALL CHECK GOOD. NO OTHER DEFECTS FOUND RE-SECURED AND SAFTIED ALL HARDWARE AS REQUIRED. NO OTHER DEFECTS FOUND REF CE 680A AMM 52-10-04
ON CLIMB OUTAGE LEFT ENGINE FAILED AT 24,000 FT. R&R ENGINE
RIGHT BRAKE PEDAL TRAVEL, INPUT NEEDS TO BE EVALUATED. TOE PEDAL HAS TO BE PRESSED FULLY TO MECHANICAL STOP TO EVEN BEGIN A BRAKING RESPONSE AND WILL NOT STOP ACFT DURING TAXI WITHOUT USE OF OTHER BRAKE. NO FLUID LEAKS NOTED. FOUND 2 PILOT RT BRAKE PEDAL CABLES FRAYED BETWEEN RUDDER PEDAL AND BRAKE MIXER ASSEMBLY. REMOVED 2 FRAYED CABLES AND INSTALLED 2 NEW CABLES IN SAME LOCATION IAW MM 32-44-10.
