TESTED THE BULB USING ROTARY TEST KNOB. ALL LIGHTS ILLUMINATED EXCEPT R MAIN (RH). LANDING UNEVENTFUL. //CORRECTIVE ACTION// REMOVED BULBS FROM RH LANDING GEAR INDICATOR AND FOUND BOTH WERE BURNT OUT. REPLACED BOTH BULBS IA W CESSNA 560XL AMM 33-10-00. OPS CHECKED GOOD. JACKED AIRCRAFT L4.ND PERFORMED GEAR SWINGS AND FOUND THE LANDING GEAR INDICATORS OPS CHECK GOOD. ALL !LIGHTS ILLUMINATE WHEN THE GEAR IS SELECTED DOWN. AIRCRAFT IS GOOD FOR CONTINUED OPERATION. VERIFIED EMERGENCY BLOW DOWN BOTTLE WAS NOT USED.
WHEN MAIN CABIN DOOR IS CLOSED ON THE PRECATCH (NOT LOCKED), DOOR WILL NOT RELEASE/OPEN USING THE PRECATCH RELEASE LEVER OR BUTTON. CLEANED AND LUBRICATED THE PRE-CATCH PLUNGER AND OPS CHECKED THE PRE-CATCH AND IT IS OPERATING AS IT SHOULD REF CE560XL AMM 12-21-13
CHAFING DAMAGE TO EMERGENCY EXIT SURROUND SHEAR WEB DUE TO FASTENERS ON EMERGENCY EXIT INTERIOR SURROUND PANEL COMING IN TO CONTACT WITH IT.
MAIN DOOR ACOUSTIC SEAL SLOW/DELAYED DEFLATION UPON DOOR OPENING WITH APU RUNNING. DOOR DIFFICULT TO OPEN AS A RESULT AND HANDRAIL NOT LATCHING DOWN. CORRECTIVE ACTION: GAINED ACCESS TO DOOR DEFLATION VALVE AND FOUND IT TO HAVE A LARGE AMOUNT OF DIRT AND DEBRIS ON THE PLUNGER. CLEANED AND LUBRICATED AS NEEDED, IAW CE-560XLS 52-10-04. ALSO ADJUSTED DOOR HAND RAIL OVERCENTER MECHANISM, IAW CE-560XLS MM CH 52-10-01.
FOUND CORRODED FORWARD SPAR LT SPAR CAP OF THE VERTICAL STABILIZER. REPLACED THE FORWARD SPAR LT SPAR CAP WITH NEW P/N 6631216-1, REPLACED RIB WITH NEW P/N 5531030-14, REPLACED RIB WITH NEW P/N 6631221-6, AND REPLACED RIB WITH NEW P/N 6631228-7.
BLENDED CORROSION ON THE MAIN ENTRY DOOR (MED) SPADE DOOR AND SUBMITTED FINDING. REPLACED MED SPADE DOOR WITH NEW P/N 6611333-41-1 REFERENCING MM 52-10-05 AND SRM 51-00-03, 51-40-03, 51-40-06, 51-40-08, AND 51-40-09.
REMOVED CRACKED STIFFENER FROM MED UPPER WEB ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLED NEW P/N 661039-2 USING MS20426AD4, MS20470AD4, MS20426AD5, AND MS20470AD5 RIVETS REFERENCING STRUCTURAL REPAIR MANUAL 51-40-03 AND 51-40-06.
