RIGHT ENG FIRE DETECTION LIGHT: CLIMBING OUT OF 11,000 FEET, GOT A RT ENG FIRE INDICATION. FLYING PILOT REDUCED THROTTLE TO APPROX 80 PERCENT AND LIGHT EXTINGUISHED APPROX 10 SECS LATER. RAN QRC & DIVERTED. ENG INDICATIONS WERE NORMAL THROUGHOUT. REMOVED LEAKING BLEED LINE SEALS (4) & COUPLINGS (2). INSPECTED BLEED LINES WHERE COUPLINGS & SEALS WERE REMOVED FROM. NO DEFECTS NOTED. INSTALLED CUSTOMER SUPPLIED SEALS P/N'S: W932-24F & (2) CUSTOMER SUPPLIED COUPLINGS P/N'S: W994-24CE. WORK PERFORMED IAW AMM 20-10-40. PERFORMED GVI OF ENGINE #2 FIRE DETECTION LOOP. MAIN DOOR ACOUSTIC SEAL: ACOUSTIC SEAL SLOW TO DEFLATE WITH CONSIDERABLE FORCE TO OPEN . NON-NORMAL OPERATION.
SMOKE IN THE CABIN DURING APU RUN CORRECTIVE ACTION; DISSASEMBLED THE WATER SEPARATOR AND CLEANED THE CONDESER. REMOVED THE OLD CONDENSER BAG DUE TO SMOKE IN THE CABIN P/N 83237-12 NSN AND INSTALLED CUSTOMER SUPPLIED NEW CONDENSER BAG P/N 83237-12 NSN. REASSEMBLED THE WATER SEPARATOR AND REINSTALLED IT BACK INTO THE AIRCRAFT. OPS CHECKS AND LEAK CHECKS GOOD. WORK DONE IN REF TO MODEL 560XLS AMM 12-19-02 AND MODEL 560XLS AMM 21-51-00.
LH AMLCD WENT BLANK AT FL400. WITHIN ABOUT A MINUTE THERE WAS AN ELECTRICAL BURNING SMELL. NO SMOKE WAS VISIBLE. DIVERTED TO DAL. REMOVED FAILED AMLCD ENGINE INDICATING SYSTEM P/N 9912574-5 S/N02060144AB AND INSTALLED OVERHAULED CUSTOMER SUPPLIED AMLCD ENGINE INDICATING SYSTEM P/N 9912574-5 S/N 05110557AB JAW CES60XL AMM 77-40-00 OPS CHECKS NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME.
MUSTY AND OILY ODOR IN AC SYSTEM DURING ENTIRE FLIGHT WITH OCCASIONAL FLUCTS IN AIR FLOW CORRECTIVE ACTION: DESERVICED THE APU TO THE PROPER LEVEL AND REMOVED AND REPLACED THE COALESCER SOCK. PERFORMED MULTIPLE OPERATIONAL CHECKS AND LEAK CHECKS OF THE APU AND ESC SYSTEMS. NO LEAKS, OR OTHER DISCREPANCIES ARE NOTED AT THIS TIME. WORK PERFORMED IAW AMM 12-11-03 & 21-51-00.
ON TAKEOFF THE ACFT PITCHED NOSE UP. REDUCED POWER & MANUALLY TRIMMED NOSE FWD TO FULL NOSE DOWN. APPROX TRIMMED CORRECTLY, FLAPS 15 & 160 KNOTS. BEFORE STARTING TAKEOFF ROLL ALL ANNUNCIATORS EXTINGUISHED. NO TAKEOFF ANNUNCIATION ILLUMINATED. AFTER LANDING, TRIMMED TRIM WHEEL ALL THE WAY AFT & TRIM WHEEL STOPPED AT AFT POSITION FOR TAKEOFF. TRIM TAB ON ELEVATOR SHOWING NOSE UP. PERFORMED ELEVATOR TRIM TAB CONTROL WHEEL REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. NOTED TRIM WHEEL POINTER TO BE OUT OF RIG. BELIEVE POINTER JUMPED TRACK ON TRIM WHEEL. RIGGED TRIM WHEEL POINTER, NO DEFECTS NOTED. WORK PERFORMED IAW AMM 27-32-01. VERIFIED ELEVATOR TRIM TAB SYS RIGGING CORRECT, NO DEFECTS NOTED. WORK PERFORMED IAW AMM 27-31-01.
UPON RAISING GEAR HANDLE, RED UNLOCK LIGHT ILLUMINATED & REMAINED ON FOR DURATION OF FLIGHT, UNTIL LANDING GEAR HANDLE CYCLED DOWN FOR LANDING. WENT OUT WHEN GEAR HANDLE WAS CYCLED TO DOWN PRIOR TO LANDING. UNABLE TO DETERMINE IF UNLOCK LIGHT REFERRED TO NOSE, LT MAIN OR RT MAIN. COULD BE RELATED TO STAB MISCOMPARE GRIPE. JACKED AIRCRAFT. REMOVED AND REPLACED BENT LT & RT BRACKET ASSY & INSTALLED NEW BUCKETS, BUSHINGS, & SPACERS. . WORK PERFORMED LAW CMM 32-20â¢01. CYCLED MULTIPLE TIMES UNSUCCESSFULLY // SIGNOFF// REMOVED STAIR COVER TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE VENT DOOR SOLENOID AND WIRING, FOUND NO DEFECT WITH SOLENOID OR WIRING, LUBED SWITCHES AND DOOR HANDLE OP'S CK GOOD AT THE REQUEST OF NETJETS MCC WE SENT THEM A SHORT VIDIO OF THE OPERATION AND THEY AGREED TO RTS THE AIRCRAFT. REMOVED DAMAGED AMBER EMERGENCY LIGHT "NOT ARMED" LIGHT & REPLACED WITH A NEW LIGHT & LAMP IAW SPM 20-30-30. REMOVED FAILED DIODE DI051 & REPLACED WITH A NEW DIODE IAW SPM 20-30-25. REINSTALLED FORWARD EMERGENCY BATTERY PACK & RECONNECTED THE AFT EMERGENCY BATTERY PACK. CLOSED EMERGENCY & STANDBY CIRCUIT BREAKERS ON EACH BATTERY IN NOSE SECTION. CLOSED CIRCUIT BREAKERS HT043 & HT048 IN THE TAILCONE.CLOSED ALL ACCESSED AREAS AND REINSTALLED CAPTAIN'S SEAT. PERFORMED SUCCESSFUL EMERGENCY LIGHTING OPERATIONAL CHECK IAW AMM 33-50-00 WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. ALL OPERATIONS AND INDICATIONS NORMAL AT THIS TIME.

HEARD A TWANG, AND DISCOVERED HALF THE STRANDS ON THE FORWARD DOOR CABLE BROKEN, WITH LOOSE ENDS EXTENDING INTO STAIRWAY. // SIGNOFF// REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH A NEW PART THE FORWARD MED COUNTERBALANCE CABLE. LEFT MLG AXLE HAS CORROSION THAT IS BEYOND SRM LIMITS. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE AXLE.
LEFT HORIZONTAL STAB AFT SPAR CORRODED. BLENDED THE CORROSION IAW SRM 51-70-08. REMOVED LH AND RH ELEVATORS FOR ACCESS TO HORIZONTAL STABILIZER AFT SPAR CORROSION AND REINSTALLED IAW CESSNA 560XL MM 27-31-01. PERFORMED AN EDDY CURRENT INSPECTION ON LH AND RH HORIZONTAL STABILIZER AFT SPAR. INSP
NLG AXLE TUBE IS CORRODED. FOUND DURING NJA TASK CARD TC-5XL-32-160207. REMOVED EXISTING CORRODED NLG AXLE TUBE AND INSTALLED NEW CUSTOMER SUPPLIED NEW AXLE TUBE IN THE SAME LOCATION IAW MM 32-41-01.
WHILE SITTING IN COCKPIT PRIOR TO ENGINE START, HEARD AN AUDIBLE POP WITH SIMULTANEOUS INDICATIONS OF THE RADOME FAN CAUTION LIGHT, FLASHING MASTER CAUTION, BOTH PFDS, MFD & FMS WENT BLANK BUT WERE BACK LIT. 45 SECONDS LATER A LOUD BUZZING NOISE CAME ACROSS COCKPIT SPEAKERS. ELEC BURNING ODOR, STRONGEST IN NOSE COMPARTMENT & THE CONTROL UNIT CATS EYE WAS TRIPPED IN THE NOSE COMPARTMENT. PERFORMED TROUBLESHOOTING, FOUND RADOME FAN MOTOR TO BE CREATING BURNING ODOR, DC CONTACTOR RELAY KZ033 TO BE FAULTY. ACCOMPLISHED REPLACEMENT OF RADOME FAN MOTOR. ACCOMPLISHED REPLACEMENT OF RADOME FAN MOTOR DC CONTACTOR RELAY KZ033. PERFORMED OPS CHECKS SATISFACTORY, RESET ANTI-SKID CONTROL UNIT CATS EYE. PERFORMED OPS CHECK SATISFACTORY. ACCOMPLISHED IAW AMM 04-50-03, 21-25-00 & 32-42-00.
NOSE GEAR DID NOT COME UP. RED UNLOCK LIGHT ILLUMINATED. GEAR HANDLE WAS PLACED DOWN PRODUCING 3 GREEN LIGHTS. INSPECTED LG SYS FOR VISIBLE DEFECT, NONE NOTED. JACKED ACFT & PERFORMED SEVERAL GEAR SWINGS AT VARIOUS PRESS SETTINGS & SLOW RATES, NO DEFECTS NOTED. PERFORMED INSPECTION OF OF ALL THE UPLOCK SWITCHES VISUALLY & FUNCTIONALLY BY CONTINUITY CHECKS WITH NO FAULTS FOUND. PERFORMED UPLOCKS SWITCH ASSEMBLY ADJUSTMENTS & TESTS IAW MM 32-30-05. ADJUST ALL THREE UPLOCK SWITCHES TO SPECS. PERFORMED THE LG HYD SYS ADJUSTMENT & TESTS IAW MM 32-01-00 & TASK 32-01-00-720 LG FUNCTIONAL TEST PARA 3 A - F, 1 - 13, NO DEFECTS NOTED. INSPECTED GEAR MONITOR PCB NZ004 & GEAR CONTROL PCB NZ009 FOR VISUAL BURNS OR DEFECTS, NO DEFECTS NOTED. PERFORMED SEVERAL MORE SWINGS AFTER ASSEMBLY OF ALL DISTURBED ITEMS WITH ALL OPS CHECKED GOOD.
