ON FINAL APPROACH INTO CANADA WE HAD THE POWER BRAKE CIRCUIT BREAKER POP AND THE ANTI SKID INOP ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATE. WE WENT AROUND AND BROUGHT THE GEAR UP. FOLLOWED BY THE CHECKLIST. WE RESET THE POWER BRAKE CIRCUIT BREAKER AND THE ANNUNCIATOR AND CAUTION WENT AWAY. WE LANDED IN BUFFALO WITH THE CIRCUIT BREAKER STAYING IN AND BRAKES WORKING ON LANDING. WE ELECTED TO GET TUGGED INTO THE FBO. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REPLACED POWER BRAKE RELAY 1AW CE560XL MM 24-50-03. REPAIRED INCORRECT SHIELD SPLICE IAW CESSNA SPM CHAPTER 20-30-25. ALL POST MAINTENANCE OPS CHECKS GOOD.

REPLACED RUDDER TRIM CABLE. WHILE REMOVING CABLE FOUND ROUTING TO BE INCORRECT & CHAIN ON BACKWARDS. INSTALLED NEW RUDDER TRIM CABLE. IAW MM 27-21-02. TENSIONED CABLE. IAW MM 27-20-00. FOUND RUDDER TRIM INDICATOR GOING TO FAR LT & NOT FAR ENOUGH RT. REPOSITIONED RUDDER TRIM INDICATOR. IAW MM 27-20-00. RIG & TRAVEL CHECK GOOD. IAW MM 27-20-00. VERIFIED ROUTING, CHAIN WRAP, TRAVELS & COMPLIED WITH OBSERVERS CHECK, SAFETIED RUDDER TRIM CABLE TURNBUCKLES IAW MM 27-20-00. REHECKED RUDDER TRIM CABLE TENSION, CHECKED GOOD. IAW MM 27-20-00. PER MCC CONTROLLER DOUGLAS YENCER,, D!,JE TO PRIOR HISTORY THEY WANT TO CHECK THE WIRING FROM PUMP MOTOR TO RELAY AND FROM RELAY TO CRCUITBREAKER.GAINED ACCESS AND CHECKED WIRING AS REQUIRED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME. NOUFIED MCC OF FINDINGS, PLAN IS TO REPLACE THE RELAY AND DIODES, PARTS PLACED ON ORDER BY MCC CONTROLLEI REMOVED AND REPLACED POWER BRAKE RELAY AND DIODES. PERFORMED SATISFACTORY OPERATONAL CHECK OF POWER BRAKES SYSTEM I/A/W CES560XLS WMM 32-40-01. TAXI AIRCRAFT .AND OPS CHECK POWER BRAKES AND POWER BRAKES C/B POPPED SEVERAL TIMES DURING TAXI. CONTINUED T/SHOOTING FOUND LOOSE HARDWARE ON POWER BRAKE C/B BAR, REMOVED AND REINSTALLED HARDWARE. CHECKED WIRING FROM POWER BRAKE C/B TO RELAY AND TO POWER BRAKE MOTOR .AND DISCONNECTED, CLEANED AND REINSTALLED ALL ELECTRICAL PLUGS FROM POWER BRAKE C/B TO RELAY AND MOTOR. LIKE TO TAXI AIRCRAFT ONE MORE TIME BUT FBO IS VERY BUSY AND CANT RELOCATE THE AIRCRAFT TO A AREA WERE WE CAN TAXI THE AIRCRAFT. WE WILL TAXI AIRCRAFT IN THE MORNING. FBO WILL RELOCATE AIRCRAFT .AND HAVE IT READY FOR US IN THE MORNING. TAXIED AIRCRAFT, NOTED THAT POWER BRAKE CIRCUIT BREAKER TRIPS S11LL WHEN TAXING, RETURNED TO RAMP TO CONTINUE TROUBLE SHOOTING. ONCE BACK AT RAMP, AFTER ENGINE SHUTDOWN, KEPT APU RUNNING AND NOTED THAT POWER BRAKES CIRCUIT BREAKER TRIPPED WHILE AIRCRAFT WAS SITTING STATIC. GAINED ACCESS TO POWER BRAKES PUMP AND OPERATED BLEED VALVE TO CYCLE PUMP MOTOR ON AND OFF, NOTED THAT WHEN CIRCUIT BREAKER TRIPS, HYDRAUUC PUMP SURGES/CHATTERS . NOTED THAT EVER

REMOVED BEARING ASSEMBLY - CLEANED THREATS, INSTALLED NEW BEARING ASSEMBLY (NOW MEASURING 15.87") - REINSTALLED LOWER PORTION OF STRUT. MEASURED CHROME NOW TO BE 9" (WITHIN LIMITS). ACCOMPLISHED OPERATIONAL CHECKS, PERFORMED 2 DOZEN GEAR SWINGS WITH NO DEFECTS. ALL WORK DONE IAW MM 32-20-01.

REMOVED AND REPLACED THE WATER SEPERATOR, PERFORMED A LEAK AND OPS CHECK, NO DEFECTS NOTED IAW AMM 21-51-00.
