SEAT 3 EMERGENCY KICK LIGHT IS INOPERATIVE. TURNED ON INTERIOR LIGHTS AND EMERGENCY LIGHTS IN CABIN. VERIFIED #3 CABIN SEAT EMER LIGHT IS INOP. GAINED ACCESS, REMOVED SEAT BASE AND PANELS. REMOVED #3 CABIN SEAT. FOUND WIRES TO TOE KICK EMER LIGHT ASSY SNAPPED POSSIBLY BY SEAT SWIVEL FUNCTION. FOUND DAMAGE TO BE BEYOND REPAIR. LOCATED PART NUMBER TO LIGHT ASSEMBLY REMOVED DAMAGED TOE KICK EMER LIGHT ASSY. INSTALLED CUSTOMER SUPPLIED NEW CABIN LIGHT ELEMENT. OPS-CHECKS GOOD. REINSTALLED #3 CABIN SEAT AND ACCESS PANELS. IAW AMM 33-50-00 AND SPM 20-00-00.
ENG CNTRL FAULT L AMBER CAS: AMBER ENG CNTRL FAULT L MESSAGE DISPLAYED ON DECENT. NO VISIBLE MOISTURE, EVENT MARKER PRESSED. CORRECTIVE ACTION: COMPLETED TEMPORARY CORRECTIVE ACTION FOR CHANNEL B FOR THE COIL NO. 1 BY SWAPPING THE P40 CONNECTOR AND THE P41 CONNECTOR. MX C/W IAW PWC 306D EMM 77-10-01. PERFORMED HIGH POWER ENGINE RUNS. NO DEFECTS NOTED. NO FAULTS AT THIS TIME. UPON ARRIVAL TO THE AIRCRAFT WE RAN LEFT ENGINE AND CONFIRMED FAULT. OPENED COWLINGS FOR LEFT ENGINE. DISCONNECTED. CLEANED AND RECONNECTED THE EEC, HMU, X1 AND X2 SENSOR CONNECTOR PW306D FAUL ISOLATION MANUAL 72-00-01. PERFORMED ENGINE RUN FAULT APPEARED AS SOON AS THE ENGIEN WAS STABLE. NOTIFIED MCC. PERFORMED FIM 72-00-01 CODE 3B 'OVERSPEED FAULT AT STARTUP AND FOUND THAT THE N1 SPEED SENSOR( PLUG J41) DOES NOT READ ANY CONTINUITY. ALL OTHER CONTINUITY MEASUREMENTS ARE WITHIN LIMITS. ALL CANNON PLUGS WERE CLEANED AND RE-CONNETED PER REF CE-680A AMM 20-00-00. MCC ELECTED TO WAIT FOR P&WC'S RECOMMENDATIONS BEFORE ANY FURTHER STEPS. REMOVED LOWER LH ENGINE COWLINGS TO GAIN ACCESS TO LH ENGINE WIRING HARNESS FOR T/S OF ITEM #3. LOWER COWLING REMOVED PER REF CE-680A AMM 71-10-05 REV. 22 REMOVED UPPER LH ENGINE COWLINGS TO GAIN ACCESS TO LH ENGINE WIRING HARNESS FOR T/S OF ITEM #3. UPPER COWLING REMOVED PER REF. EMERGENCY LIGHTING: SEAT 5, SEAT 8, EXTERNAL OVERWING EMERGENCY LIGHT DO NOT ILLUMINATE WHEN IN THE ON POSITION. DID THE RECHARGE PROCEDURE AND WORKS MOMENTARILY AFTER COMPLETING THE PROCEDURE. AFTER POWER CYCLE EMER LIGHTS DIE IMMEDIETLY. CORRECTIVE ACTION: COMPLIED WITH TC-FLT-33-1001 (CESSNA 680 / 680A / 700 / EMBRAER EMERGENCY LIGHTING POWER SUPPLY BATTERY EXERCISE PROCEDURE). COULD NOT DUPLICATE DISCREPANCY REPORTED. LAV EMERG LIGHT: ON PREFLIGHT FOUND EMERGENCY BATTERY NOT WORKING. FOLLOWED CHECKLIST AND COMPLETED TWO CHARGE CYCLES. EMER LTS IN THE ON POSITION HAVE NO LIGHTS COME ON. MOST LIGHTS WORK IN THE ARM POSITION EXCEPT; REAR EXIT LIGHT, THE EXIT LIGHT UNDER THE LAV LID, AND THE "SHARK LIGHT" IN THE LANDING LIGHT. POWERED UP AC AND VARIFIED SQUAWK, REMOVED AND REPLACED EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY PACK #4 IN THE LAV AREA IAW MM 33-50-06 OP'S CK GOOD. APPLIED POWER TO AC FOR 2 HRS TO CHARGE THE BATTERIES. #4 EMERTIGHT BATT PACK PT# OFF CBS28-1 SN 006686 #4 EMERLGIHT BATT PAC PT# ON CBS28-1 SN 005392
CABIN DOOR OPEN AMBER CAS: FL 430, CABIN DOOR OPEN CAS MESSAGE; QRH PROCEDURES WERE FOLLOWED, NO OTHER CAS MESSAGES, CABIN DEPRESSURIZED NORMALLY DURING DESCENT. CORRECTIVE ACTION: SENT ARES DOWNLOADS TO TEXTRON FOR REVIEW. TEXTRON REPLIED AND INSTRUCTED US TO INSPECT THE WIRING HARNESS AND THE PR.OX SENSOR SC007 IN THE MED. WE DISSESEMBLED THE MED AIRSTAIRS AND PERFORMED SEVERAL OPERATIONAL OIECKS OF THE DOOR WHILE MOVING THE HARNESS. WE WERE UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE SQK, ALL OP OIECKS PERFORMED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. TEXTRON INSTRUCTED US TO GO AHEAD AND REPLACE PROX SENSOR SC007 AT THIS TIME. REMOVED MED PR.OX SENSOR SC007 DUE / TO 00 MESSAGE DOOR OPEN IN FUGHT. REMOVED P/N: 52800-12571 (NSN).
