THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT DURING PREFLIGHT CHECKS FINDING THE TCAS SYSTEM FAILED. THE SYSTEM WOULD NOT EVEN TEST. THE TCAS SYSTEM FAULT WAS DEFERRED ON MEL 34-45-01-00A. DURING THE MAINTENANCE EVENT, THE MAINTENANCE TEAM REMOVED AND REPLACED THE TCAS PROCESSOR. OPS CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED A GPWS WARNING DURING LOW ALTITUDE FLIGHT. ALL WARNING ILLUMINATED AFTER TAKE-OFF AND ON APPROACH TO LANDING. THE MAINTENANCE VENDOR TROUBLESHOT AND REPLACED THE RIGHT RADIO ALT UNIT WITH A TESTED STATUS UNIT. OPS CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT DURING DEPARTURE CLIMB OUT, CLIMBING THROUGH 3000' MSL (1700' AGL) "DOOR UNLOCK" CAUTION ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED. THE FLIGHT CREW ELECTED TO DIVERT BACK TO THE AIRPORT AND LAND. THE MAINTENANCE VENDOR TROUBLESHOT AND ADJUSTED THE AFT BAGGAGE DOOR LATCH PER AMM. OPS CHECKS SATISFACTORY. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT THE ROTARY TEST SWITCH FAILED TO TEST THE LANDING GEAR SYSTEM CAUSING THE FLIGHT TO BE CANCELLED. THE MAINTENANCE VENDOR TROUBLESHOT AND DISCOVERED A DEFECTIVE K78 RELAY ON PCB101. THE MAINTENANCE VENDOR REPLACED THE K78 RELAY WITH NEW. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING FLIGHT, THE OVERHEAD FAN STOPPED WORKING AND WOULD COME ON INTERMITTENTLY. DURING TROUBLESHOOTING, ON GROUND POWER, TAPPING THE MOTOR STARTS THE FAN TURNING TEMPORARILY. SUSPECTED INTERNAL WIRING FAULT. RECOMMENDATIONS: DEVELOP AND APPROVE AN AFTERMARKET BLOWER BY A DIFFERENT MFG.
