Maintenance disclosures
THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT THE LEFT THRUST REVERSER DID NOT DEPLOY UPON LANDING - THE ARM ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED. THE MAINTENANCE STAFF TROUBLESHOT AND DETERMINED THE LEFT CONTROL VALVE WAS AT FAULT. THE CONTROL VALVE WAS REMOVED AND A SERVICEABLE VALVE WAS INSTALLED. OPS CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THE LANDING GEAR UNLOCK ANNUNCIATOR REMAINED ILLUMINATED WITH THE GEAR HANDLE IN THE UP POSITION. THE FLIGHT CREW ELECTED TO DIVERT FLIGHT AND RETURN TO THE AIRPORT FOR MAINTENANCE CONSIDERATIONS. THE LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. THE MAINTENANCE VENDOR JACKED AIRCRAFT AND TROUBLESHOT GEAR SYSTEM BY COMPLETING 4 GEAR SWINGS. NO DEFECTS WERE NOTED. DOWN JACKED AIRCRAFT AND RETURNED AIRCRAFT TO SERVICE.
THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT THE LEFT TR DID NOT DEPLOY AFTER LANDING WHEN COMMANDED, "ARM" ONLY. THE RIGHT TR OPERATED CORRECTLY. OPERATIONS WERE CONTINUED PER MEL 38-30-1. THE MAINTENANCE TEAM TROUBLESHOT AND CLEANED AND RESEATED THE CANNON PLUG TO THE CONTROL VALVE. THE TR WAS OPERATED 20 TIMES WITHOUT ANY FAULTS NOTED. NO DEFECTS NOTED. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT DURING FLIGHT THE LEFT LOW FUEL PRESSURE ANNUNCIATOR FLICKERED NUMEROUS TIMES IN FLIGHT. EVENTUALLY CAUSING THE LEFT FUEL BOOST ANNUNCIATOR TO ILLUMINATE. THE MAINTENANCE VENDOR TROUBLESHOT AND DISCOVERED THE WIRE TPD010-BPD011 WITH AN UNSECURED CLAMP AND CHAFING AGAINST A BRACKET. REPAIRED WIRE IAW THE 560XL MM 73-30-02. OPERATIONAL CHECKS SATISFACTORY. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT THE LEFT ENGINE LOW FUEL PRESSURE ANNUNCIATOR FLICKERED AND ILLUMINATED. THE FLIGHT CREW TURNED THE FUEL BOOST PUMP TO THE ON POSITION FROM THE NORMAL POSITION. THE MAINTENANCE TEAM REMOVED THE LEFT ENGINE FUEL PRESSURE SWITCH WITH A NEW SWITCH. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECKS WITH NO DEFECTS WERE NOTED. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
