FLT 805 - DEN-SLC - AFTER DEPARTURE FROM DEN THE FLIGHT CREW NOTICED THE COCKPIT INSTRUMENTATION LIGHTING AND INDICATORS STARTED FLICKERING AND READING ERRATIC. THE A/C CROSSTIE LOCKOUT ILLUMINATED, NR 1 GENERATOR TRIPPED OFF LINE AND THE LEFT A/C BUS FAILED. THE APU WAS STARTED AND A/C POWER RESTORED. THE CREW DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND RETURNED TO DEN. AN UNEVENTFUL LANDING WAS MADE. INVESTIGATION FOUND THE NR 1 GENERATOR NOT PRODUCING VOLTAGE. THE CSD WAS DISCONNECTED AND THE GENERATOR WAS DEFERRED PER THE MEL. KHA - FLT 805 - SFO-SEA - ON APPROACH TO SEA THE FLIGHT CREW FOUND THE LANDING GEAR HANDLE STUCK IN THE UP POSITION. THE CREW ELECTED TO USE ALTERNATE GEAR EXTENSION PROCEDURES AND MADE AN UNEVENTFUL LANDING. THE GEAR DOOR DRAGGED ON THE RUNWAY SURFACE ON TAXIING TO PARK. THE GEAR DOORS WERE REMOVED, REPAIRED AND REINSTALLED IAW CHAPTER 32-12-0 OF THE DC9 MM. INSPECTION FOUND A ICE BLOCK HANGING ON THE LANDING GEAR CONTROL VALVE CABLES IN THE RIGHT WHEEL WELL, THE ICE WAS REMOVED THE AIRCRAFT JACKED AND THE LANDING GEAR RETRACTED SEVERAL TIMES, NO DEFECTS NOTED WITH THE LANDING GEAR RETRACT SYSTEM. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. (M)

KHA - FLT 613 LRD TO MMGDL - ON TAKEOFF FROM LRD, THE FLIGHT CREW NOTICED MODERATE VIBRATION AFTER GEAR RETRACTION. THE FLIGHT CREW RETURNED TO LRD. UPON GEAR EXTENSION, THE VIBRATION STOPPED. AN UNEVENTFUL LANDING WAS MADE. AFTER PARKING, DISCOVERED THE FORWARD NOSE GEAR DOORS WERE OPEN. FURTHER INVESTIGATION REVEALED THE NOSE GEAR DOORS WERE OUT OF ADJUSTMENT.
