AT FL430 STARTED TO SMELL LIKE SMOKE AND ABOUT 1 MIN LATER SAW THE DELAMINATION STARTING AND SMALL AMOUNTS OF SMOKE . SMOKE STOPPED ABOUT 3 MINS LATER . INSIDE WINDOW PAINE COMPLETLY CRACKED AT AROUND 8500 FEET. GLASS FLEW ALL THROUGH COCKPIT .LABOR
UPON GEAR RETRACTION POST TAKEOFF, THE NLG FAILED TO RETRACT IN A TIMELY FASHION. THE NLG WAS PHYSICALLY DOWN, AND WE RECEIVED AN ADC SSEC MISCOMPARE EICAS MSG. AFTER APPROX 10-12 SECONDS THE NLG THEN RETRACTED AND BOTH THE EICAS MSG EXTINGUISHED WITH THE GEAR INDICATION GOING TO UP & NORMAL LOCKED/DOOR CLOSED. BOTH L/R MLG FUNCTIONED NORMALLY UNAFFECTED. UPON EXTENSION AT THE DESTINATION THE GEAR EXTENDED WITH A LOUD THUNK BUT THE FUNCTION WAS NORMAL SHOWING DOWN AND LOCKED GREEN. FUNCTION WAS NORMIAL DOWN & LOCKED. R & R HYD RETURN CHK VALVE & INSTALLED SUPPLIED, NEW HYD RETURN CHK VALVE. WORK DONE IAW AMM 32-30-25. PERFORMED LANDING GEAR OPS CHK MULTIPLE TIMES. OPS CHKD GOOD. WORK DONE IAW AMM 32-00-00.
EXIT SIGN ON LAV SEAT BASE DOES NOT ILLUMINATE. FOUND THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS TO THE EXIT SIGN LIGHT ON THE LAVATORY SEAT BASE TO BE DISCONNECTED, RECONNECTED THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR AND THE LIGHT IS NOW ILLUMINATING PROPERLY NO, FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED. LAV EMERG LIGHT: EMERGENCY BATTERY #4 NOT CHARGED AND DID NOT CHARGE AFTER FOLLOWING THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS FAIL PREFLIGHT TEST PROCEDURES IN THE CESSNA -AFM. WE RAN APU FOR 2 CYCLES OF 30 MINUTES EACH AND BATTERY DID NOT CHARGE. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REMOVED THE #1, #2,#3 & #4 EMER. LIGHT PWR SUPPLY DUE TO THE LAV. CABIN EMERG LIGHT: EMERGENCY LIGHTS FAILED TO ILLUMINATE DURING PREFLIGHT TEST. ACCOMPLISHED QRH CHARGING PROCEDURE FOR 30MINS. EMERGENCY LIGHTS FAILED TO ILLUMINATE IN THE ARM POSITION. CHARGED FOR ADDITIONAL 30MINS PER QRH FOR MAXIMUM OF 60MINS OF CHARGING TIME AND LIGHTS FAILED TO ILLUMINATE IN ARM POSITION. WHEN EMER LIGHTS SELECTED TO ON, LIGHTING UNDER SEAT 10 AND EXIT LIGHTS AT BASE OF MAIN CABIN DOOR FAIL TO ILLUMINATE WHILE OTHER LIGHTING FUNCTIONS APPROPRIATELY. CORRECTIVE ACTION; REPLACED #1 BATTERY CHARGER SYSTEM. ALL FOLLOW ON MALNTENCE CHECKS WERE COMPLETED SUCCESSFULLY WITH NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME. ALL WORK WAS PERFORMED LAW CESSNA 680A AMM 33÷50-00, 33÷50-06.
FUSELAGE STRUCTURE: BIRD STRIKE ON RIGHT WING NEAR FUSELAGE. SMUDGE ON INSIDE OF RIGHT ENGINE NACELLE INDICATES IT WENT INTO THE ENGINE. CORRECTIVE ACTION: VISUAL INSPECTION COMPLETED. NO DAMAGE NOTED IAW CE680A AMM 5-50-00
SEAT 3 KICK PLATE LIGHT IS INOP REPLACED #2 EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY PACK DUE TO NOT HOLDING CHARGE. OPS CHECKED GOOD IAW CE680A AMM 33-50-06
EMERGENCY LIGHTING: SEAT 3 FLOOR AND OVER HEAD EMER LIGHT OFF DURING EMER LIGHT TEST, AS WELL AS RIGHT WING INSPECTION LIGHT (SHARK LIGHT). FOLLOWED PROCEDURE TO CHARGE FOR 30 MINUTES, TEST AGAIN WITH SAME RESULTS. CORRECTIVE ACTION; PERFORMED THE NJA CESSNA 680/680N700/EMBREAR EMERGENCY LIGHTING POWER SUPPY BATTERY EXERCTSE PROCEDURE FORM TC -FLT-33-1001 REV 2, DATED 20 OCT 2022, AND FOUND THE EMERGENCY LIGHTING SYSTEM OPERATED NORMALLY . REF TEXTRON MODEL 680AMM 33-50-00. NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
MAIN DOOR: MAIN DOOR DOES NOT FALL FREELY WHEN OPENED. YOU HAVE TO PUSH IT TO GET IT TO OPEN. THE DOOR HAS TO TRAVEL 2-3 INCHES BEFORE IT FREE FALLS. CORRECTIVE ACTION; CLEANED ENTRY DOOR SEAL MATING SURFACES REF CE680A AMM 20-52-20 AND OPERATED DOOR FROM OUTSIDE AND INSIDE WITH NORMAL RESULTS REF CE680A AMM 52-10-00. NO ASSISTANCE WAS REQUIRED FOR THE DOOR TO FREE FALL.

MAIN DOOR: THE RED BUTTON ON THE INTERIOR DOOR HANDLE WILL NOT UNLOCK THE HANDLE WHEN PUSHED. THERE IS NO CLICKING SOUND. NETJETS REQUEST A PERMANENT REPAIR TO THE NOSE WHEEL WELL STRUCTURE CRACKING. REFERENCE TEXTRON AVIATION STANDARD REPAIR SR-680A-ATA53-25890 REV- DATED JUNE 01, 2020 AND FAA FORM 8100-9 DATED 6/1/2020. STANDARD REPAIR-CRACK DAMAGE, NOSE LANDING GEAR WHEEL WELL (NWW), FRAME, WEB, AND DOUBLERS, FS 75.
ALL LANDING GEAR RETRACTION DID NOT RETRACT - GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT AFTER TAKEOFF, HOWEVER AFTER PUSHING HARD UP ON GEAR HANDLE, GEAR RETRACTED (BINDING). DURING EXTENSION GEAR CAME DOWN NORMALLY, HOWEVER BINDING TOWARDS GEAR DOWN POSITION WAS VERY NOTIECEABLE. //SIGNOFF// REPLACED LANDING GEAR HANDLE ASSY. IAW MM 32-30-30 AND REPLACED LEFT LANDING GEAR PCB CARD IAW MM WITH NORMAL OPERATION ON ON EACH GEAR SWING.
ALL LANDING GEAR RETRACTION DID NOT RETRACT - AFTER TAKE OFF WE TRIED TO RETRACT THE GEAR. THE HANDLE POSITIONED UP BUT LANDING GEAR STAYED IN THE LOCKED DOWN POSITION. WE HAD NO CAS MESSAGES OR ANY OTHER INDICATION OTHER THAN 3 GREEN AND DOWN.
