REMOVED FWD BATTERY PACK AND REPLACED WITH AN OVERHAULED BATTERY PACK. POWERED UP THE ACFT WITH AN EXTERNAL GPU ELECT POWER & CHARGED BATTERY PACKS FOR 1.75 HOURS, PERFORMED BATTERY PACKS FUNCTIONAL CHECK. BATTERY FUNCTIONAL CHECK & EMER LIGHTS OPS CHECK PASSED. WORK PERFORMED IAW AMM 33·50-01 & 33-50·00..

REPLACED HYD LOAD VALVE. OPS CHKD PCB, LOADING VALVE & LEAK CHKS. NO DEFECTS. INSPECT BRAKE ASSY & NO DEFECT. FOUND BRAKE HYD PACK ASSY WITH PIN HOLE & CAUSING BRAKE LEAK, R & R FILTER BOWL, FILTER & NIPPLE. OPS & LEAK CHKS, NO DEFECTS IAW AMM 32-44-00, 27-61-00, 78-31-00, 29-11-06. OKAY TO CONTINUE.

ALSO R&R OZONE CONVERTERS P/N: 9914523-2.

BLED BOTH BRAKES, SERVICED RESERVOIR AND ACCUMULATOR. BRAKES NOW HOLD AIRCRAFT FROM EITHER SEAT WITH BOTH ENGINES AT TO POWER. IAW AMM 32-42-03, 32-44-00 AND 32-44-10.

R & R RT ENG FIRE DETECTION CONTROLLER IAW CE-560XL MM 26-11-02. OPERATIONS CHECKED GOOD, PN OFF 9912036-12, SN OFF 0825-755, PN ON 9912036-12 & SN 1331-363.

REPLACED N2 MONOPOLE IAW 545B MM 77-10-01. REPLACED BOV TORQUE MOTOR IAW PWC MM 75-30-01. REPLACED BOV TORQUE MOTOR ORIFICE IAW MM 71-00-00. LEAK & OPS CHECK GOOD.
