WHILE ON AUTOPILOT WITH FMS COUPLED DURING DESCENT AIRCRAFT BEGAN AN UNCOMMANDED RIGHT TURN OF 25 DEGREES BANK. DISCONNECTION OF AUTOPILOT RESULTED IN SIGNIFICANT UNCOMMANDED YAW REQUIRING UNUSUAL AMOUNTS OF LEFT RUDDER AND AILERON CONTROL PRESSURES CONDITIONS SUBSIDED AFTER ABOUT ONE MINUTE. REMAINDER OF FLIGHT NORMAL WITHOUT USE OF AP-YAW. LAX MX- AUTOPILOT DEFERRED DUE TO ABOVE DISCREPENCY. INSPECTED AUTOPILOT CONTROL SYSTEM IAW EMB MM 22-10-00 ALL FOUND GOOD INCLUDING ALL FUNCTIONAL CHECKS. ALSO INSPECTED RUDDER CONTROL SYSTEM IAW EMB MM 27-20-00 THROUGH 27-24-00. ALL FOUND GOOD INCLUDING ALL FUNCTIONAL CHECKS. DUE TO THE NATURE OF DISCREPANCY AUTOPILOT WILL BE DEFERRED PER MEL 22-11-1.
RIGHT DUCT LEAK LIGHT ON IN FLIGHT. RETURNED TO LAX. REPLACED DE-ICE PRESS REGULATOR AND VENTURI TUBE ASSY. REMOVED ALL PANELS, CLEARED SENSORS, RAN ENGINE AND CHECKED FOR LEAKS, NONE FOUND. REINSTALLED ALL PANELS, RAN ENGINE AT FULL POWER FOR 15 MINUTES. OPS CHECK GOOD, PN ON: 3819668, SN: RF2264, SN OFF: RF1815 PRESS REG PN ON: 12050481001 VENTURI TUBE.
TRIM WHEEL FROZE AT ALTITUDE, THROUGH DESCENT. REPLACED BOTH ELEVATOR TRIM ACTUATORS WITH SERVICEABLE UNITS IAW MM 273702.
AT FLIGHT 240 EXPERIENCED RAPID DEPRESSURIZATION. RETURNED TO SFO. DISCOVERED PART OF CARGO DOOR SEAL MISSING. REPAIRED CARGO DOOR SEAL BOTTOM. CHECKED PRESSURE SYSTEM ON GROUND, OPS CHECKS GOOD.
