IP VALVE ON #1 ENGINE HAS SIGNS OF CRACKING AND CORROSION ON FUSELAGE. INSTALLED SERVICEABLE IP VALVE ON # 1 ENG IAW AMM 36-11-06-404-033-002. NO LEAK NOTED.
ONE EA FAN EXIT VANE OF THE NR 2 ENGINE HAS A BROKEN PLATFORM AT THE INNER BASE OF PART. PERFORMED EVALUATION IF 1 EACH FAN EXIT VALVE OF #2 ENG BROKEN PLATFORM NO ADITIONAL DEFECTS NOTED. REPAIRED FAN EXIT VALVE IAW 72-33-02-308-003-N00 .

RIGHT ENGINE OIL QTY DROPPED FROM 17 UNITS TO 12 DURING FLIGHT. SUSPECT OIL LEAK STILL PRESENT. FOUND OIL PUDDLING AT 6 OCLOCK OF ENGINE WITH EVIDENCE OF OIL LEAKAGE ON THE LH SIDE OF ENGINE CORE EMANATING FROM AIR/OIL COOLER. REMOVED AND REPLACED #2 ENGINE AIR/OIL COOLER IAW AMM 79-21-09 OPS CHECK LEAK CHECK GOOD. PART IS UNKNOWN TO TRAX.
#2 ENGINE SHOWS SIGNS OF OIL LEAK. FOUND BNUT ON FUEL OIL HEAT EXCHANGER LOOSE, TIGHTENED B-NUT REF B767 300 AMM 20-41-60 OPS AND LEAK CHECK GOOD.

LEFT FWD BOOST PUMP DID NOT COME ON WITH SWITCH IN ON POSITION. REMOVED AND REPLACED LH FWD BOOST PUMP REF 767 AMM 28-22-03 OPS CHECK GOOD.
LEFT FWD FUEL PUMP PRESS LIGHT CAME ON. RAN THE QRH AND THE LIGHT WENT AWAY BUT IT CAME BACK ON PRIOR TO ENTERING OUR EEP. MI AT 1540 DUE TO LEFT FWD FUEL PUMP PRESSURE. REPLACED LEFT FWD BOOST PUMP IAW AMM 28-22-00 PERFORMED OPS CHECK PER AMM 28-22-00 BOTH OPS AND LEAK CHECK OKAY.
APU WILL NOT START. PERFORMED APU STARTING AND OPERATION PER AMM 49-11-00, OPS CHECK OKAY.
SHORTLY AFTER LEVEL OFF, STATUS MESSAGE LEFT FWD FUEL PUMP BUT NO FAULT FLAG ON PUMP SWITCH. MESSAGE CLEARED AFTER AROUND 30 SECONDS. PERFORMED OPS CHECK OF LEFT FWD FUEL PUMP, NO FAULTS FOUND. PER AMM 28-22-03.

LH ENGINE BLEED DOES NOT CLOSE ON ENGINE SHUTDOWN, CAUSES A LOW RUMBLING NOISE WITH AIR HISSING OUT FROM APU BLEED. THIS HAS BEEN AN INTERMITTENT ISSUE. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE LH PRSOV IAW AMM 36-11-09 OPS NORMAL
