EMERGENCY LIGHTS REMAIN ON AFTER SHUTDOWN PROCEDURE DID NOT CLEAR THE PROBLEM GAINED ACCESS TO #1INTERTIA SWITCH, RESET DID NOT SHUT LIGHTS OFF. GAINED ACCESS TO #2. INTERTIA SWITCH, LIGHTS WENT OUT WHEN RESET. RE-CHARGED BATTERY AND COMPLIED WITH INSPECTION/CHECK. #2BATTERY FAILED TO ILLUMINATE UGHTS FOR REQUIRED TIME. REMOVED AND REPLACED #2 EMERGENCY LIGHTS BATTERY WITH NEW BATTERY WORK PERFORMED IAW CESSNA 680A AMM 33÷50÷06. OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED.

MAIN CABIN DOOR INTERMITTENTLY FAILS TO CLOSE FROM INTERIOR PANEL. DOOR WILL LIFT 1/3 OF THE WAY UP THEN RETURN TO FULLY DOWN POSITION. NO ISSUES HAVE BEEN NOTICED USING EXTERIOR CLOSE PANEL. GAINED ACCESS TO MED HARNESS AND CONNECTORS AND INSPECTED FOR DEFECTS, NO DEFECTS FOUND. CLEANED CONNECTORS AS REQUIRED AS A PRECAUTION. CLOSED ACCESS TO HARNESS AND CONNECTORS. PERFORMED MULTIPLE CONSECUTIVE OPS CHECKS OF MED INTERIOR PANEL CLOSING FUNCTION WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME. REF AMM 52-10-00.

QRH CHECKLIST FOLLOWED DIRECTING UNLOADING BOTH HYDRAULIC PUMPS, EMERGENCY BLOWDOWN OF GEAR AND EMERGENCY BREAKING TO STOP THE PLANE. POSTFLIGHT INSPECTION SHOWS HYDRAULIC FLUID DRIPPING FROM NOSEWHEEL AREA AND DOWN BOTH SIDES OF THE PLANE TO THE TAIL. *** CORRECTIVE ACTION *** INSPECTED AIRCRAFT FOR HYDRAULIC LEAKS, NOTED FLUID STARTED AT NOSE GEAR WHEEL WELL AREA AND TRAILED DOWN BOTH LEFT AND RIGHT SIDES OF AIRCRAFT FUSELAGE. SECURED HYDRAULIC SERVICE CART AND SERVICED RESERVOIR TO APPROX. HALF FULL, TURNED ON AUX PUMP AND FOUND FLUID LEAKING FROM BELOW POWER STEERING CONTROL UNIT. RESET LANDING GEAR EMERGENCY BOTTLE CONTROL ARM, SERVICED GEAR AND EMERGENCY BRAKE PNEUMATIC TO RECOMMENDED PRESSURE AND SAFETIES AS REQUIRED IA W CESSNA 680A MM 12-10-45REMOVED NLG POWER STEERING UNIT FOR LEAKING AT BASE, INSTALLED OVERHAULED UNIT IA W CESSNA 680A MM32-50-50.
MAIN CABIN DOOR HANDLE WILL NOT MOVE. DOOR PINS ARE IN THE OPEN POSITION. DOOR WILL NOT LATCH CLOSED. OPS CHECKED MED AND FOUND HANDLE WOULD NOT MOVE TOWARDS CLOSED POSITION INSPECTED AND FOUND ONE LOCKING PIN PULLED IN TO DOOR. REMOVED STEPS AND ADJUSTED PIN AND LUBRICATED DOOR OPS CHECK GOOD IAW AMM 52-10-04. REINSTALLED THE DOOR STEPS.
MAIN DOOR: THE MAIN CABIN DOOR HITCHES AND OR STOPS WHILE RAISING THE DOOR ELECTRICALLY. PERFORMED 52-70-00DOOR WARNING SYSTEM- ADJUSTEDMENT / TEST STEP 3# CABIN DOOR LATCHING/LOCKING SYSTEM AND DOOR WARNING SYSTEM TEST ( POWER OFF, BATTERIES CONNECTED AND NO DEFECTS NOTED. WE WILL LEAVE IT AS AND THEY WILL MONITOR IT.
MAIN DOOR VISUAL INDICATOR: AFTER CLOSING THE MAIN CABIN DOOR NONE OF THE 6 VISUAL INDICATORS HAVE THE HASH MARKS VISIBLE. GAINED ACCESS TO AIRCRAFT. CYCLED DOOR HANDLE CLOSED AND OPEN MULTIPLE TIMES WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. CLOSED MED AND TOOK PIGS OF ALL 6 DOOR CLOSURE VISUAL INDICATORS IN SIGHT TUBES. FORWARDED PIGS TO MCC FOR VERIFICATION. DOOR OPS CHECKS NORMAL AT THIS TIME. WORK PERFORMED IAW CE-680AS AMM 52-10-00.
CLIMBING THROUGH 500 FEET, THE RIGHT FUEL FILTER BYPASS LIGHT CAME ON. **SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION: INSTALLED NEW FUEL FILTER IMPENDING BYPASS SWITCH & REMOVED & INSPECTED FUEL FILTER - NO DEFECTS NOTED. WORK DONE IAW PWC 306D1 73-10-03. OPERATION CHK GOOD
