PILOT REPORTED AFTER TAKEOFF FROM KPHX THE LT FIRE DETECTION LIGHT ILLUMINATED. PERFORMED AIR RETURN AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED FIRE LOOP AND FOUND NO DEFECTS. MAINTENANCE DISCONNECTED THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR FROM DETECTOR AND DISCOVERED DEBRIS WITHIN THE CONNECTOR AND WERE ABLE TO CLEAN IT THOROUGHLY. MAINTENANCE REINSTALLED CONNECTOR AND PERFORMED OPS CHECK. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD, AND AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. NO PARTS WERE REPLACED FOR THIS DISCREPANCY.

AT APPROXIMATELY 100 KIAS, ''DOORS'' LIGHT ILLUMINATED ON MAP AND ''SERVICE'' LIGHT ON OVERHEAD ILLUMINATED. NO AURAL TRIPLE CHIME SOUNDED. ABORTED TAKEOFF. LIGHTS EXTINGUISHED AS WE CLEARED THE RUNWAY. FOUND INBOARD FUEL DOOR FOWARD CAMLOCK POPPED. RESECURED CAMLOCK. SERVICE LIGHT OUT
SERVICE DOOR LIGHT AND DOORS LIGHT ON MAP ILLUMINATED ON TAKEOFF ROLL. INBOARD FUEL DOOR CAMLOCK NOT COMPLETELY SECURED. LOCKED CAMLOCKS, OPS CHECK GOOD.
ON DESCENT WHEN AUTO PILOT WAS DISCONNECTED, FOUND THAT TRIM WHEEL WAS FROZEN IN POSITION. AS DESCENDED BELOW FREEZING LEVEL TRIM SLOWLY BECAME FREE. NORMAL APPROACH AND LANDING. REMOVED BOTH LEFT AND RIGHT ELEVATOR TRIM ACTUATORS AND REPLACED TRIM WITH A SERVICEABLE ONE, OPS IAW MM 27-31-00. ALSO, REMOVED ELEVATOR TRIM SERVO FOR TROUBLESHOOTING. OPS CHECKS GOOD ON GROUND. CLEARED TEST FLIGHT.
WING DEICE BOOT OUTBOARD, INBOARD AND MIDDLE FAILED IN FLIGHT IN ICING CONDITIONS. RETURNED TO FAT. REMOVED AND REPLACED 18 PSI REGULATOR. OPS CHECKS GOOD.
LEFT AND RIGHT ENGINES DUCT LEAK LIGHT ILLUMINATE AFTER TAKEOFF. LEFT ILLUMINATED AND EXTINGUISHED BUT THE RIGHT ENGINE DID NOT. CHECKED, INSPECTED AND REINSTALLED RIGHT PRESSURE REGULATOR. OPS AND LEAKS CHECKS GOOD ON GROUND.
RIGHT ENGINE DUCT LEAK LIGHT ILLUMINATED AFTER TAKEOFF. RETURNED TO FAT. SECURED COLLECTOR CAN ON RIGHT PRESSURE REGULATOR. OPS AND LEAKS GOOD ON GROUND.
AT 8.500 FT, NR 2 ENGINE DUCT LEAK LIGHT ILLUMINATED. PER QRH PROCEDURE WITH PRECAUTIONARY ENGINE SHUT DOWN. REINSTALLED DUCT AT DE-ICE PRESSURE REGULATOR.
