THE MAINTENANCE TEAM TROUBLESHOT AND DETERMINED A DEFECTIVE RIGHT GENERATOR CONTROL UNIT. THE DEFECTIVE UNIT WAS REMOVED AND AN OVERHAULED UNIT INSTALLED. OPS CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE

THE MAINTENANCE TEAM REPORTED RIGHT OXYGEN BOTTLE WAS SUSPECTED OF LEAKING OXYGEN. THE MAINTENANCE TEAM TROUBLESHOT AND DETERMINED AND FOUND AN OXYGEN LEAK AT TEE FITTING BEHIND EXTERIOR PRESSURE GAUGE. THE TEAM REMOVED THE CRACKED TEE FITTING AND INSTALLED A NEW FITTING. LEAK CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.

THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT THE RIGHT SPEED BRAKE/SPOILER INDICATION DID NOT APPEAR ON THE EICAS DURING FLIGHT CONTROL CHECK HOWEVER THEY ARE VERIFIED VISUALLY DEPLOYED. IN FLIGHT NO SPEED BRAKE/SPOILER INDICATION IS DISPLAYED. THE MAINTENANCE VENDOR EVALUATED AND DETERMINED THAT THE RIGHT SPEED BRAKE/SPOILER INDICATOR SWITCH WAS INTERMITTENTLY FAILING CAUSING THE INDICATION FAULT. THE MX VENDOR REPLACED THE SWITCH WITH NEW UNIT. RIGGED SWITCH, OPERATIONAL CHECKS OK. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
