MED THE MIDDLE OF THE THREE DOOR SEALS HAS COME LOSE FROM THE AFT DOOR POST. ENOUGH OF THE SEAL IS LOSE THAT IT MIGHT IMPEDE THE DOOR NORMAL OPERATIONS. REMOVED OLD EDGE TRIM AND REPLACED WITH NEW PN 3619065-6. BONDED EDGE TRIM TO DOOR SURROUND STRUCTURE REF 7411350 PER CSNP021 WITH TYPE V CLASS A, BLACK (RTV-103). OPS CHECKED OK.
DISBONDS ON THE UPPER WINGS BETWEEN THE OUTBOARD END OF STRINGERS AND THE COMMON SKIN DOUBLERS. THE SKIN AND COMMON DOUBLERS MAY ALSO EXHIBIT A GRADUAL DEVIATION FROM CONTOUR IN THESE REGIONS. THE EXTENT OF THE DEFECT IS LOCATED USING ULTRASONIC INSPECTION AND CORRECTED BY ADDING FASTENERS AND ADHESIVE TO THE DISBONDED AREAS. REFERENCE FIELD REPAIR SR-680A-ATA57-47522 DATED 05/MAR/2025.
MAIN CABIN DOOR HANDLE JAMMED OPEN. BOTH INSIDE AND OUTSIDE HANDLES WILL NOT WORK TO LATCH DOOR. ACCESSED DOOR PINS AND SECURED LOOSE HARDWARE AS NEEDED IAW SPM 20-00-00, OPS GOOD DOOR IS SATISFACTORY AT THIS TIME.
ALL CABIN EMER LIGHTS WORK IN THE ON POSITION BUT ONCE SWITCH IS MOVED TO ARM ALL LIGHTS EXTINGUISH. HAVE CHARGED UP 3 DAYS IN A ROW AND BELIEVE THE BATTERIES MUST BE DEAD. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REMOVED FAULTY #1, #2, #3 AND #4 EMERGFENCY LIGHTING BATTERY PACKS AND INSTALLED CUSTOMER PROVIDED NEW PARTS. OPERATION CHECK WAS GOOD WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. DURING PREFLIGHT NO EMERGENCY LIGHTS CAME ON IN THE ARMED POSITION. IN THE ON POSITION THEY COME ON EXCEPT FOR THE EXIT LIGHTS TO THE LEFT AND RIGHT OF THE ENTRY DOOR AND THE FORWARD TOE KICK LIGHT UNDER SEAT DO NOT COME ON IN EITHER POSITION. CHARGING PROCEDURE NOT ACCOMPLISHED. CORRECTIVE ACTION: AQUIRRED GPU AND POWERED ON AIRCRAFT. TURNED ON AIRCRAFT AND CONFIRMED DISCREPANCY. PERFORMED CESSNA 680A EMERGENCY LIGHTING POWER SUPPLY BATTERY EXERCISE PROCEDURE. CHARGED EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERIES FOR 60 MINS AND DISCHARGED LIGHTS FOR 10 MINS WITHOUT ANY FLASHING OR INOP LIGHTS. PROCEEDED TO CHARGE LIGHTS AGAIN FOR ANOTHER 60 MINS. OPS CHECKED LIGHTS AGAIN AND FOUND NO INOP EMERGENCY LIGHTS. RETURNED AIRCRAFT TO ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. IN CRUISE FLIGHT WE RECEIVED BLD AIR MONITOR R AND GSD FAIL 3 AMBER MESSAGES FOLLOWED BY LOSS OF INDICATION OF RH FUEL QUANTITY AND LANDING GEAR STATUS. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REMOVED FAULTY GSD 41 IN POSITION 3 AND INSTALLED REPAIR CUSTOMER PROVIDED PART IN REFERENCE TO CE 680A 31-40-10. PERFORMED SOFTWARE AND CONFIGURATION LOAD FOR GSD 3 REPLACEMENT IN REFERENCE TO CE 680A AMM 42-10-15. NO DEFECTS NOTED. OPS CHECKS TO INCLUDE GEAR SWINGS ARE GOOD. CABIN EMERG LIGHT: THE BULK HEAD LIGHT OVER SEAT 7 IS INOPERATIVE WITH DC OFF.LAV EMERG LIGHT: BOTH THE LIGHT ON THE FACE OF LAV AND THE LIGHT THAT ILLUMINATES THE FLOOR ARE INOP. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REMOVED AND REPLACED NEW #3 AND #4 EMERGENCY BATTERY PACKS IAW CE-680A MM 33-50-06.OPS CHECK GOOD.

ALSO BOTH THE WARNING LIGHTS ON THE DOOR WERE ON, AND WE WERE UNABLE TO OPEN THE MAIN CABIN DOOR. HAD TO POWER DOWN THE AIRCRAFT TO GET THE DOOR OPEN BUT THE ASSOCIATED LIGHTS ARE REMAINED ON UNTIL DISCONNECTING THE AIRCRAFT BATTERIES. PHOTOS INCLUDED. //SIGNOFF// CONNECTED GPU AND APPLIED POWER TO AIRCRAFT. AFTER SEVERAL OPS CHECSK OF MED WE WERE ABLE TO DUPLICATE DISCREPANCY. REMOVED MED STEP ASSY AND PANELS AS REQUIRED. GAINED ACCESS TO MED UNLOCK HANDLE SWITCH AND WIRING HARNESS. CHECKED MED WIRING HARNESS AS REQUIRED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. CHECKED MED UNLOCK HANDLE BUTTON WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. RECIEVED PCB NC101. GAINED ACCESS TO COCKPIT AND REMOVED PILOTS SIDE SIDEWALL PANELS AS REQUIRED. GAINED ACCESS TO PCB BOX AND REMOVED COVER PANEL. REMOEVD AND REPLACED PCB NC101 AND OPS CHECKS FAILED. RE-INSTALLED ORIGINAL PCB NC101. RECEIVED EMAIL FROM MCC REQUESTING TO ACCOMPLISH SB680A-52-10 UPGRADE PCB NC105 PN: 7468101-17 TO PN: 7468101·20. AFTER SPEAKING WITH MCC WE AGREED DUE TO AIRCRAFT GOING IN FOR MX ON FEERY FLIGHT FOR MX TO REPLACE PCB NC105 AND IF ISSUE IS FIXED TO RELEASE AIRCRAFT. WE RECEIVED PCB NC105. GAINED ACCESS AND REMOVED AND REPLACED PCB NC105 PN OFF/ON: 7468101-17 SN OFF: 0507 SN ON: 32345684-2. OPS CHECKS GOOD AT THIS TIME. RE-INSTALLED COCKPIT PCB BOX COVER AND SIDEWALL. RE-INSTALLED MED PAN ELS AND STEP ASSY AS REQUIRED. ALL CHECKS GOOD. CLEANED UP WORKSTATION AND ACCOMPLISHED REOUIRED PAPERWORK. ORIGINAL SUBMISSION DATE: 11-2-2023

THE PLANE WAS FULLY CONFIGURED FOR LANDING. WHEN DISCONNECTING THE AUTOPILOT THE STAB TRIM WENT TO -6.7 NOSE UP IN APPROXIMATELY 3 SECONDS . THE YOKE PRIMARY STAB TRIM DID NOT OVER RIDE THE RUNAWAY TRIM UNTIL THE FLAPS AND LANDING GEAR WERE BROUGHT UP. AFTER THE FLAPS WERE UP THE YOKE PRIMARY STAB TRIM WORKED NORMALLY. WE LANDED WITH THE FLAPS IN THE UP POSITION. REMOVED PILOTS PITCH TRIM SWITCH AND INSTALLED NEW CONDITION PITCH TRIM SWITCH IAW CE680A AMM 27-40-25. PERFORMED OPS AND FUNCTIONAL CHECKS IAW CE6B0A AMM 27-40-25. OPS AND FUNCTIONAL CHECKS GOOD WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED.
