WHILE ENROUTE TO SAT, CREW REPORTED SMOKE IN THE COCKPIT WITH AN OILY SMELL. THEY SHUT OFF THE BLEED AIR AND PUT ON THEIR OXYGEN MASK. FLIGHT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT AT KSAT. SAT MAINTENANCE INSPECTED THE BLEED AIR SYSTEM FOR EVIDENCE OF OIL, NO DEFECTS FOUND. PERFORMED GROUND RUNS AND COULD NOT DUPLICATE THE DISCREPANCY. THE AIRCRAFT HAS BEEN RELEASED FOR AN OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT TO SEE IF THE DISCREPANCY PERSISTS. FOLLOW UP REPORT WILL BE FILED TO THIS SDR REPORT AFTER THE CHECK FLIGHT IS COMPLETED.
EN ROUTE, PILOT REPORTED WHILE LEVELING AT 10,000 FEET WITH AUTOPILOT ENGAGED, THE PILOT EXPERIENCED AN UNCOMMAND PITCH UP AND CLIMB. THE ELECTRIC TRIM AMBER ANNUNCIATOR LIGHT ILLUMINATED ON THE AUTOPILOT CONTROL PANEL. THE PILOT DISENGAGED THE AUTOPILOT TO RETURN TO LEVEL FLIGHT. ONCE DISENGAGED, CONSIDERABLE FORWARD PRESSURE WAS REQUIRED ON THE ELEVATOR TO LOWER NOSE OF AN AIRCRAFT AND MAINTAIN REQUIRED PITCH ATTITUDE. THE PILOT'S TRIM SWITCH MADE ITS NORMAL TRIM IN MOTION SOUND, HOWEVER THE TRIM INDICATOR REFLECTED PITCH SETTING AT UPPER GREEN LIMIT AND DID NOT INDICATE ANY MOVEMENT; THE PILOT SELECTED TRIM TO COPILOT, BOTH COPILOT AND AUXILIARY TRIM WERE INOPERATIVE. THE PILOT SLOWED THE AIRCRAFT SPEED TO APPROXIMATELY 180 KIAS, THE TRIM STARTED TO RESPONSE NORMALLY. THE PILOT DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND LANDED SAFELY AT KSDF. AMF SDF MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED AN OVERHAULED HORIZONTAL STABILIZER TRIM ACTUATOR IAW SA227 MM 27-40-10. ALL TRIM ACTUATOR FUNCTIONAL OPERATIONS CHECK GOOD
DURING CLIMB OUT, THE PILOT REPORTED THAT THE CABIN DOOR WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED & THE CABIN PRESSURIZATION WAS CLIMBING. THE PILOT DECLARED AN EMER, RETURNED & LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. TROUBLESHOOTING OF THE CABIN DOOR WARNING LIGHT & PRESSURIZATION SYS REVEALED THE FOLLOWING. THE CABIN DOOR FWD LOWER & FWD MID POSITION, CLICK CLACK, LATCHES OUT OF ADJUSTMENT. ADJUSTED CLICK CLACKS & PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK OF CABIN DOOR. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE NORMAL. THE AUTO PRESSURIZATION CONTROLLER WAS DEFECTIVE. REPLACED THE AUTO PRESSURIZATION CONTROLLER WITH A SERVICEABLE UNIT. THE PRESSURIZATION SYS OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS SATISFACTORY.
DURING CLIMBOUT, PILOT NOTICE LANDING GEAR TOOK LONGER THAN NORMAL TO INDICATE UP AND LOCK POSITION. ON ARRIVAL, WHEN POWER WAS REDUCED FOR DESCENT THE LT AND RT HYDRAULIC PRESSURE LIGHT ILLUMINATED AND NOSE GEAR INDICATED IT WAS NOT LOCKED. HYDRAULIC PRESSURE ANNUNCIATOR GAUGE READ LESS THAN 500 PSI. PERFORMED A MANUAL LANDING GEAR EXTENSION. TOWER VISUALLY VERIFIED GEAR WAS DOWN. LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED AN INSPECTION OF LANDING GEAR SYSTEM AND FOUND A HOLE IN ONE OF THE HYDRAULIC LINES UNDER FLOOR AT BS 197.271. LINE R & R WITH NEW LINE. PERFORMED OPS CHECK OF LANDING GEAR. SYSTEM CHECKED GOOD.
MOT-FSD - FLT 1585 - WHILE CLIMBING THROUGH 17,000 FEET THE FLIGHT CREW HEARD A LOUD POP AND HISSING SOUND AND AIRCRAFT STARTED TO DEPRESSURIZE. THE FLIGHT CREW FOUND THE RIGHT SIDE COCKPIT WINDOW CRACKED. DESCENDED, DEPRESSURIZED AND CONTINUED TO FSD. AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. WINDOW WAS REPLACED IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAIRCHILD AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE MANUAL AND AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
